<p> <strong>زمینه و هدف</strong>: با اینکه رفتگران شهرداری یک گروه پرخطر برای ابتلا به عفونتهایی چون ایدز و هپاتیت هستند، اما مطالعات کمی در زمینه رفتارهای شغلی پرخطر رفتگران انجام شده است. هدف مطالعه حاضر تعیین رفتارهای پرخطر شغلی منجر به عفونت در رفتگران شهرداری منطقه 20 تهران در سال 1388 می باشد. </p><p> <strong>روش بررسی:</strong> مطالعه از نوع توصیفی تحلیلی می باشد. روش کار بدین صورت است که پس از تهیه پرسشنامه خودساخته و بررسی روایی و پایایی آن، 400 رفتگر شاغل در منطقه 20 تهران بصورت نمونه گیری آسان انتخاب و پرسشنامه های خودساخته برای آنها تکمیل شدند. سپس داده های جمع آوری شده توسط نرم افزار SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. </p><p> <strong>یافته ها:</strong> 30 درصد رفتگران سابقه نیدل استیک داشتند. 5/35٪ رفتگران سابقه بریدن دست با تیغ های موجود در زباله داشتند. 5/25٪ رفتگران کار خاصی در مواجهه با سر سوزنهای افتاده در خیابان و دیگر محلها انجام نمی دادند و بدون وجود دستکش ایمن اقدام به جابجایی آنها می نمودند. در صورت نیدل استیک 5 /2٪ آنان از آب تمیز ، 8/3٪ از آب و صابون و 8/7٪ از الکل جهت شستشوی موضع آسیب دیده استفاده میکردند ، 5/0٪ با فشار موضع آسیب دیده خون را خارج میکردند، 11٪ به پزشک مراجعه می کردند و 5/74٪ هیچ اقدامی انجام نمیدادند. 8/4٪ هرگز دستکش هنگام جمعآوری زباله نمی پوشیدند و 54٪ همیشه <br>می پوشیدند. 8/4٪ هرگز چکمه هنگام جمع آوری زباله نمی پوشیدند و 5/41٪ همیشه می پوشیدند. 65 درصد رفتگران بیان نمودند که پیمانکار تحت قرارداد شهرداری دستکش و چکمه در اختیار آنها قرار می دهد و 53 درصد رفتگران کیفیت این وسایل را نامناسب و غیر ضخیم می دانستند. </p><p> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> یافته ها نشان دهنده وجود رفتارهای شغلی پرخطر جهت ابتلا به عفونتهایی چون هپاتیت و ایدز در میان رفتگران می باشد. خطرات نیدل استیک، پیشگیری از بروز آن و اقدامات درمانی لازم پس از نیدل استیک باید به رفتگران و پیمانکاران تحت قراداد شهرداریها آموزش داده شود. ضمنا در اختیار قرار دادن تجهیزات ایمن مانند دستکش و چکمه برای همه رفتگران توسط پیمانکارهای تحت قراداد شهرداریها لازم شمرده می گردد. </p><p> </p><p> </p>
<p> <strong>Background and aim</strong></p><p> Although sweepers are one of the high risk groups for HIV and HBV infections nevertheless, there is a paucity of research into high risk behaviors of sweepers. The aim of this study was to determine occupational high risk behaviors leading to infection in sweepers who are working in district twenty, Tehran municipality. </p><p> <strong>Methods</strong></p><p>This study is a descriptive-analytical type. A convenience sample included 400 sweepers working in district twenty, Tehran municipality were selected by simple sampling. Demographic and occupational high risk behavior lead to infection inventories were two instruments for collecting data in the present study. Reliability and validity of scales had estimated. Statistical analysis of data was performed with SPSS 16 software for Windows. </p><p> <strong>Results </strong></p><p>Thirty percents of sweepers had a history of needle stick injuries and 35/5% of them had a history of cuts of hand from blades existing rubbishes. %25/5 of sweepers had not action encounter to discarded syringes and needles in streets and other places. </p><p> In the case of needle stick injury occurred, 2/5 percent of sweepers were washing damaged organ with clean water, 3/8% with soap and water and 7/8% with alcohol. 0/5% of them were sent out blood of damaged organ with pressure, 11 percent reported the incident to a doctor to get post-exposure treatment and 74/5% had not action. 4/8% of sweepers never wear gloves for collecting garbage and only 54% of sweepers were using gloves regularly. 4/8% of sweepers were never using boots when collecting garbage and only 41/5% of sweepers were using boots regularly . 65 percent of sweepers reported that municipal contractors provides boots and gloves and 53 percents of them reported that these tools are unsafe and thin. </p><p> <strong>Conclusion</strong> </p><p> Results of this study demonstrated that there are numerous occupational high risk behaviors which may lead to infection in sweepers. Educational talks were given to sweepers and municipal contractors on hazards, prevention and post-exposure prophylaxis to needle-stick injuries. Also, providing safety equipment including protective boots and gloves by municipal contractors for all sweepers is necessary. </p><p> </p>
