ارزیابی بارکاری کارگران در خط مونتاژ یک صنعت خودروسازی

<p><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> بارکاری میزان ظرفیت مورد نیاز اپراتور جهت دستیابی به سطح کارایی و عملکرد مورد نیاز در انجام یک وظیفه میباشد. بارکاری بهینه نقطهای است که در آن هرگونه افزایش و یا کاهش در آن میتواند اثر منفی بر روی سطح عملکرد اپراتور داشته باشد. لذا، هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی بارکاری افراد شاغل در خط مونتاژ یکی از صنایع خودروسازی ایران، با استفاده از دو روش فردی و مشاهدهای میباشد. </p><p><strong>روش بررسی:</strong> در این مطالعه مقطعی از نوع توصیفی-تحلیلی، در مرحله اول از میان کارگران خط مونتاژ یکی از صنایع خودروسازی، با استفاده از شاخص بورگ، افراد با مشاغل سنگین و خیلی سنگین انتخاب شدند. سپس در مرحله دوم، بارکاری در میان افراد انتخابشده، به دو روش فردی و مشاهدهای مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. به منظور ارزیابی فردی از شاخص NASA-TLX و جهت ارزیابی مشاهدهای از تکنیک ارزیابی وضعیت بدنی REBA و شاخص استرین (SI) استفاده گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل آماری دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 5/11 صورت گرفت. </p><p><strong>یافتهها:</strong> نتایج حاصل از ارزیابی بارکاری با استفاده از شاخص NASA- TLX نشان داد که شرکتکنندگان دو بعد عملکرد و کارایی و بارفیزیکی را به ترتیب با نمرههای 23/89 و 92/86 پراهمیتترین و بارکاری ذهنی را با نمره 23/49 کماهمیتترین بعد ارزیابی کردهاند. ایستگاههای کاری با بارکاری سنگین و خیلی سنگین در نتایج ارزیابی مشاهدهای نیز نمرات بالایی را نشان دادند. به علاوه، نتایج حاصل از آزمونهای آماری نشان داد که میانگین وزنی بارکاری (AWWL) با امتیاز نهایی شاخص استرین دست راست همبستگی مثبت معنی دار داشته است و با افزایش بارکاری، نمره شاخص استرین آن مشاغل در دست راست نیز افزایش مییابد. </p><p><strong>نتیجهگیری:</strong> بارکاری در خطوط مونتاژ بالا بوده و نتایج به دست آمده از ارزیابی مشاهدهای نیز این موضوع را تأیید میکند. براساس نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش، برنامههای مدیریتی جهت کاهش بارکاری بایستی به منظور حذف و یا کاهش وضعیتهای بدنی نامناسب کاری متمرکز گردند. </p>

In the first phase, among assembly line workers of one of the car manufacturing industries, operators with heavy and very heavy jobs where selected by using the Borg scale<a name="OLE_LINK68"></a><a name="OLE_LINK67"><span style="mso-bookmark: OLE_LINK68">. In the next phase, the workload of selected workers was assessed by Subjective (</span></a><a name="OLE_LINK77"></a><a name="OLE_LINK80"><span style="mso-bookmark: OLE_LINK77"><span style="mso-bookmark: OLE_LINK68"><span style="mso-bookmark: OLE_LINK67">NASA-</span></span></span></a><span style="mso-bookmark: OLE_LINK68"><span style="mso-bookmark: OLE_LINK67">TLX) and Objective (<a name="OLE_LINK81">SI, REB</a>A) workload assessment tools. </span></span>Data were analyzed by SPSS version 11/5. <p></p></span></font></font></p><p class="Default" style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><span style="COLOR: windowtext"><p><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"> </font></p></span></p><p class="Default" style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman"><b><span style="COLOR: windowtext mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman' mso-bidi-language: FA">Results</span></b><b><span style="COLOR: windowtext">: </span></b><span style="COLOR: windowtext">Results of NASA-TLX showed that performance and physical demands with mean scores of 89/23 and 86/92 were respectively the most important and mental workload with mean score of 49/23 was the least important dimensions. Furthermore, working stations with high workload have obtained high scores by observational tools as well. Adaptive Weighted Workload (AWWL) was positively associated with strain index score for right hand, which means that any increase of workload can result to an increase of strain index score of right hand. <p></p></span></font></font></p><p class="Default" style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><span style="COLOR: windowtext"><p><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"> </font></p></span></p><p class="Default" style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman"><b><span style="COLOR: windowtext">Conclusion:</span></b><span style="COLOR: windowtext"> It was revealed that workload was high in assembly lines.
