چکیده
زمینه و هدف
: خطاهای انسانی مسبب وقوع عمده حوادث در بسیاری از صنایع از جمله صنایع ریلی می‌باشند. عوامل متعددی نیز در بروز این‌گونه خطاها نقش دارند. از طرفی، کیفیت خواب افراد نیز ممکن است بر روی احتمال خطای انسانی افراد تأثیرگذار باشد؛ بنابراین، این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تأثیر کیفیت خواب بر احتمال خطای انسانی کارکنان اتاق‌های کنترل ترافیک راه‌آهن انجام شد.
روش بررسی: این مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی مقطعی در سال 1401 با مشارکت 115 مرد شاغل در اتاق‌های کنترل ترافیک راه‌آهن صورت پذیرفت. در این نظرسنجی، هر یک از شرکت‌کنندگان پرسشنامه‌های سلامت عمومی (General Health Questionnaire: GHQ)، شاخص کیفیت خواب پیتسبورگ (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index: PSQI)، مقیاس خواب‌آلودگی اپوورث (Epworth Sleepiness Scale: ESS) و پرسشنامه خود گزارش دهی خطای انسانی (Self-report of Human Error Probability Questionnaire: SHEPQ) را تکمیل کردند. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 22 و آزمون‌های آماری اسپیرمن و Independent T-Test مورد آنالیز قرار گرفتند.
یافته‌ها: مطابق با یافته‌های این پژوهش، میانگین سنی ± (انحراف معیار) و سابقه کاری ± (انحراف معیار) افراد شرکت‌کننده به ترتیب برابر با (22/5) ± 57/36 و (66/5) ± 09/10 بود. به ترتیب 5/36 درصد، 6/49 درصد، 18 درصد و 7/21 درصد از شرکت‌کنندگان دارای 40 GHQ 23، 5 <PSQI، 13 ESS و 50 <SHEPQ بودند. همچنین، با استفاده از آزمون اسپیرمن، مشخص گردید که بین کیفیت خواب ماهانه (PSQIScore) و کیفیت خواب روزانه افراد (ESSScore) با میزان احتمال خطای انسانی رابطه معناداری وجود دارد (به ترتیب، 001/0>P، 399/0= CC و 001/0>P، 412/0= CC). علاوه بر این، نتایج حاصل از آزمون Independent T-Test بیانگر این امر بود که بین متوسط نمرات خطا در زیرگروه‌های کیفیت خواب رابطه معناداری وجود دارد (P<0.001).
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: کیفیت خواب نامناسب یک عامل مهم در بروز خطای انسانی به شمار می‌رود و به‌ منظور کاهش آن می‌بایست توجه بیشتری به عوامل تأثیرگذار بر روی کیفیت خواب از جمله برنامه‌های نوبت‌کاری کارکنان شود.
