مقدمه: پرسنل نیروی انتظامی بدلیل کار کردن در الگوهای مختلف شیفت کاری و ماهیت بار کار جسمانی (فیزیکی) و ذهنی بالا از کیفیت پایین خواب و شیوع اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی رنج می برند. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین تأثیر برنامه آموزش اصول ارگونومیکی همراه با تکنیک‌های ورزشی اصلاحی به منظور بهبود کیفیت خواب افسران نوبت کار پلیس و کاهش شیوع اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی آنها انجام شد.
روش کار: در این مطالعه نیمه تجربی ۴۷ نفر از کارکنان نوبت‌کار نیروی انتظامی استان مازندران مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. واجدین شرایط شرکت در مطالعه به طور تصادفی به دو گروه مداخله و گروه کنترل تقسیم شدند. مداخلات شامل سه جلسه آموزش تئوری به مدت ۶ ساعت (هرجلسه ۲ ساعت)، (بهداشت خواب، اصول ارگونومی و آموزش اصول کلی تمرینات ورزشی) و ۸ هفته (۱۶ جلسه ۱ ساعته و ۲ بار در هفته) اجرای حرکات اصلاحی بود. جمع آوری داده‌ها در بازه زمانی پیش و بلافاصله بعد از مداخلات توسط پرسشنامه های کیفیت خواب پیترزبورگ و اختلالات اسکلتی-عضلانی نوردیک انجام شد. نرم افزار SPSS نسخه ۲۴ برای انجام تحلیل داده ها استفاده شد.
یافته ها: میانگین نمره کیفیت کلی خواب در گروه مداخله، بعد از اجرای برنامه مداخله به طور معناداری (001P≤) کاهش یافته بود. نتایج پرسشنامه نوردیک نیز نشان داد بیشترین درصد اختلالات اسکلتی-عضلانی طی یک هفته گذشته در گروه مداخله، قبل از اجرای برنامه مداخله آموزشی در نواحی کمر (۸/۸۱ ٪)، زانو (۲/۶۸ ٪) و شانه (۶/۶۳ ٪) بوده است که بعد از اجرای برنامه مداخله، درصد این اختلالات به ترتیب به میزان (۹/۴۰ ٪)، (۴/۳۶ ٪) و (۸/۳۱ ٪) کاهش یافته بود.
نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد که مداخلات انجام شده شامل آموزش بهداشت خواب، اصول ارگونومی و تمرینات ورزشی به همراه اجرای حرکات اصلاحی تاثیر مثبتی بر کیفیت خواب و کاهش شیوع اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی دارد. با این وجود، میانگین کیفیت خواب شرکت کننده های بعد از مدت زمان دو ماه مداخله در محدوده کیفیت خواب ضعیف قرار داشت. بنابراین، اجرای همزمان مداخلات آموزشی و تمرینات حرکتی اصلاحی به منظور بهینه سازی کیفیت خواب و کاهش شیوع اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی توصیه می گردد.
