مقدمه:در دوران پاندمی کووید -19 پرستاران در تشخیص،درمان و مراقبت بیماران مبتلا نقش مستقیمی دارند و کار کردن در شرایط اضطراری فشار زیادی را به آنان وارد می کند .مطالعه ی حاضر با هدف تعیین میزان استرس، اضطراب و افسردگی در پرستاران مراقبت کننده از بیماران مبتلا به کووید-19 بستری در بیمارستان 19 انجام شد.
روش بررسی:این مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی بر روی 104 پرستار مراقبت کننده از بیمار مبتلا به کووید--19 بستری در بیمارستان امام جعفر صادق میبد در سال 1399با شیوه ی نمونه گیری در دسترس با پرسشنامه 21- DASS انجام و داده ها در نرم افزار آماریSpss نسخه 21 با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آزمون آماری تی مستقل ورگرسیون لجستیک باینری تحلیل و سطح معنی داری p<0.05 در نظر گرفته شد .
یافته ها:میانگین میزان اضطراب 42/4 ± 2/9، استرس 2/ 5 ± 45/10 وافسردگی 3/5 ± 9/6 بود.از لحاظ شدت، 37/15% افسردگی متوسط تا شدید، 11/22%استرس متوسط تا شدید و 53/36%اضطراب متوسط تا شدید داشتند..میانگین میزان اضطراب،استرس و افسردگی بر حسب جنس و نوع شیفت و میانگین میزان اضطراب و استرس بر حسب بخش کاری اختلاف آماری معناداری را نشان داد (p<0.05).
نتیجه گیری: اغلب پرستاران مراقبت کننده از بیماران مبتلا به کووید-19 درجات خفیفی از استرس، اضطراب و افسردگی را تجربه کرده بودند .
