زمینه و هدف: بهورزان به عنوان ارائه‌دهندگان خط مقدم خدمات مراقبت سلامت، در حرفه خود با چالش‌هایی مواجهه هستند که می‌تواند موجب تنش‌های عاطفی و اختلال در مسیر ارائه خدمات گسترده آنان شود. برای بهبود تاب‌آوری آنان لازم است عوامل مرتبط با آن شناخته شود. بنابراین، این مطالعه با هدف تعیین ارتباط حمایت اجتماعی درک‌شده و تاب‌آوری بهورزان شهرستان شازند انجام شد.
روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر، یک مطالعه توصیفی همبستگی است که در شبکه بهداشت و درمان شهرستان شازند در سال 1401 انجام شد. 147 بهورز براساس معیارهای ورود، با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و وارد مطالعه شدند. پرسشنامه‌های اطلاعات دموگرافیک، حمایت اجتماعی درک‌شده Zimet و تاب‌آوری Connor-Davidson برای گردآوری داده‌ها استفاده شد. داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 16 و روش‌های آمار توصیفی و استنباطی در سطح معنی داری 0.05 تحلیل شد.
یافته‌ها: میانگین نمره حمایت اجتماعی درک‌شده بهورزان 8.15±46.27 بود. هیچکدام از مشخصات فردی با حمایت اجتماعی درک شده ارتباط معنادار آماری نداشت. میانگین نمره تاب‌آوری آنان، 14.94±62.75 بود که در بهورزان دارای شغل دوم بالاتر بود (0.004=p). حمایت اجتماعی درک‌شده با تاب‌آوری (0.001>p)، همبستگی معنادار آماری مثبت داشت. همچنین، نمره کل تاب‌آوری بیشترین ارتباط را به ترتیب با حمایت اجتماعی دریافت شده از سوی دیگر افراد مهم (0.376=r و 0.001=P)، خانواده (0.237=r و 0.004=P) و دوستان (0.213=r و 0.011=P) داشت.
نتیجه‌گیری: این مطالعه نشان داد بهورزان درجه متوسطی از حمایت اجتماعی و تاب‌آوری را درک می‌کنند. تاب آوری همچنین با افزایش حمایت خانواده، دوستان و سایر افراد مهم افزایش می یابد. بنابراین، با تقویت مولفههای موثر بر حمایت اجتماعی در بهورزان و سایر کارکنان بهداشتی میتوان تاب‌آوری آن‌ها را در شرایط کاری چالش برانگیز افزایش داد و در نتیجه کیفیت خدمات ارائه شده توسط آنان را بهبود بخشید.
