بررسی رضایت شغلی پزشکان عمومی شاغل در بخش خصوصی و دولتی

<p><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> رضایت شغلی پزشکان نه تنها نقش مهمی در رضایت فردی پزشکان دارد بلکه در کیفیت خدمات ارائه شده توسط آنان نیز موثر می باشد. رضایت شغلی در حرفه پزشکی یک مقوله چند بعدی بوده و از آنجا که پزشکان عمومی بیش از 40% شاغلین حرفه ای بخش سلامت در کشور را تشکیل می دهند، در این مطالعه به رضایت شغلی ایشان براساس خصوصیات مختلف شغلی و دموگرافیک پرداخته شده است. </p><p><strong>روش بررسی:</strong> مطالعه به روش مقطعی طبقه بندی شده با 661 نمونه صورت گرفت. پرسشنامه شامل 12 پرسش دموگرافیک و74 پرسش مربوط به رضایت شغلی در 14 حوزه بود. پرسشنامه خود ایفا در سه سمینار پزشکان عمومی در سال 91 توزیع گردید. پایائی و روائی پرسشنامه در یک مطالعه پایلوت پیش از جمع آوری داده ها ارزیابی شد (آلفای کرونباخ=0.94) </p><p><strong>یافته ها:</strong> از پزشکان مورد مطالعه 47.5% خانم بوده و51% در بخش خصوصی کار می کردند. میزان رضایت در حد بالا از شغل در 47.8 % از پزشکان گزارش شد. پزشکان 35 ساله وبالاتر، با تعداد بیمار کمتر از 30 نفر در هر روز و ساعات کاری کمتر از 44 ساعت در هفته رضایت شغلی بالاتری داشتند. (سطح معناداری <0.001) </p><p><strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> پزشکان عمومی مسن تر، دارای تجربه کاری بیشتر و کسانی که در بخش خصوصی کار می کنند دارای رضایت شغلی بیشتری هستند. به علاوه رضایت شغلی با افزایش تعداد ساعات کاری در هفته و افزایش تعداد بیماران در روز کاهش می یابد. </p>
<p><strong>Background and aims:</strong> Physician job satisfaction has an important role not only in personal contentment of doctors but also in quality of health care delivery. Medical career satisfaction is a multi-dimensional issue and since general physicians constitute more than 40% of health professionals in our country, in this study job satisfaction according to different job and demographic characteristics of general physicians has been assessed. </p><p><strong>Methods:</strong> In this stratified-cross sectional study, 661 general physicians assessed according to a self administered questionnaire with 12 demographic and 74 job satisfaction questions consisted of 14 domains. Data collected in three seminars held by medical council of Islamic republic of Iran in 1391, in Tehran. </p><p><strong>Result:</strong> 47.5% of general physicians were female and 51% were working in private sector. 47.8% of physicians were satisfied with their jobs. Doctors who were 35 years old or more, had number of patients less than 30 per day and working hours less than 44 per week showed higher job satisfaction (p value< 0.001). </p><p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> Older physicians, more experienced doctors and those who are working in private sectors have higher job satisfaction. Job satisfaction declines with increasing in number of working hours and patients. </p>
