fa بررسی روابط بین ابعاد مختلف جو ایمنی با عملکرد ایمنی در صنعت هوانوردی ایمنی Safety پژوهشي Research <p align="right"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> جو ایمنی به‌عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین شاخص‌های ارزیابی عملکرد مدیریت ایمنی و بهداشت حرفه‌ای در محیط کار است که به ارزیابی نگرش کارکنان نسبت به مسائل ایمنی می‌پردازد. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی روابط بین ابعاد مختلف جو ایمنی با عملکرد ایمنی در صنعت هوانوردی و رتبه‌بندی ابعاد مختلف جو ایمنی است.</p> <p align="right"><strong>روش بررسی:</strong> برای سنجش جو ایمنی از پرسش‌نامه جو ایمنی محمدی‌زیدی و همکاران(1390) با ابعاد تعهد مدیریت، ارتباطات درباره مسایل ایمنی، محیط ایمن، مسئولیتپذیری مدیران، درک ریسک، رضایت شغلی و آگاهی نسبت به موضوعات ایمنی و برای سنجش عملکرد ایمنی در پژوهش حاضر از پرسش‌نامه ارشدی و همکاران(1390) که بر پایه‌ی پرسش‌نامه عملکرد ایمنی سیو و همکاران (2003) تهیه گردید، استفاده شد. برای بررسی ارتباط بین عامل‌های جو ایمنی و عملکرد ایمن و برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار SPSS V:19 و مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری از نرم‌افزار اسمارت پی. ال. اس استفاده شد.</p> <p align="right"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که عامل &quot;تعهد مدیریت&quot; با ضریب مسیر(672/0) و مقدار آماره‌‌ی تی (110/8) ؛ &quot;محیط ایمن&quot; با ضریب مسیر(743/0) و مقدار آماره‌‌ی تی (362/16)؛ متغیر &quot;ارتباطات در محیط &quot; با ضریب مسیر(677/0) و مقدار آماره‌‌ی تی (424/9)؛ &quot;مسئولیت‌پذیری مدیران&quot; با ضریب مسیر(577/0) و مقدار آماره‌‌ی تی (597/10)؛ عامل &quot;رضایت شغلی&quot; با ضریب مسیر(641/0) و مقدار آماره‌‌ی تی (847/11) عامل &quot;آگاهی نسبت به موضوعات ایمنی&quot; با ضریب مسیر(317/0) و مقدار آماره‌‌ی تی (536/2)؛ و &quot;درک ریسک&quot; متغیر با ضریب مسیر(444/0) و مقدار آماره‌‌ی تی (941/3) بر عملکرد ایمنی موثر بوده و عوامل&quot;تعهد مدیریت&quot; با میانگین (29/4) در اولویت اول و ارتباطات در محیط کار&quot; با میانگین (22/2) در اولویت آخر قرار گرفتند.</p> <p align="right"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> تصور و عقاید کارکنان نشان داد که عملکرد ایمن به عواملی هم‌چون تعهد مدیریت، ارتباطات درباره مسایل ایمنی، محیط ایمن، مسئولیت‌پذیری مدیران، درک ریسک، رضایت شغلی و آگاهی نسبت به موضوعات ایمنی بستگی داشته و اهتمام مدیران و کارکنان فرودگاه‌های کشور در ارتقای جو ایمنی امری ضروری است.</p> <p><strong>Background and aims:</strong> Safety climate is an important index for safety management performance appraisal and occupational health within the workplace that can be used for the evaluation of employee&rsquo;s attitude toward safety problems. The aim of this study is the investigation of relationship between different dimensions of safety climate with safety performance among aeronautical industries.</p> <p><strong>Methods:</strong> for measuring safety climate, Zaide et al. (2011) questionnaire with dimensions such as management commitment, safety problem communications, acceptance of responsibility by management, safe environment, risk perception, job satisfaction, safety issues awareness, and for measuring of safety performance, Arshadi et al. (2011) questionnaire based on Sui et al. (2003) were used. For investigation of relationship between safety climate factors and safety performance and for data analysis SPSS V: 19 and Structural Equation Modeling exclusively Smart PLS were used.</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;Results:</strong> Results of this research indicated that management commitment with path coefficient of 0.672 and T- Value of8.110 safe environment with path coefficient of (0.743) and T- Value of 16.362 safety problem communications with path coefficient of 0.677 and T- Value of 9.42 acceptance of responsibility by management with path coefficient of 0.577 and T- Value of 10.597 job satisfaction with path coefficient of 0.641 and T- Value of 11.847 safety issues awareness with path coefficient of 0.317 and T- Value of 2.536 risk perception with path coefficient of 0.444 and T- Value of 3.941effect on safety performance.
