fa شناسایی و اولویت بندی عوامل ایجاد ریسک پروازی در فرودگاه و مناطق اطراف آن ایمنی در صنعت هوانوردی Safety in the aviation industry پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:-.05pt;"><strong>زمینه و هدف: </strong>فرودگاه&shy;ها و مناطق پروازی اطراف آنها از حساس&shy;ترین و پرخطر&shy;ترین مناطق برای پرواز یک هواپیما است. توسعه صنعت هواپیمایی در دهه‌های اخیر و بکارگیری فناوری&shy;ها ، فرآیندهای اجرایی و زیر ساخت&shy;های جدید، در این صنعت، در کنار خلق فرصت<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>های جدید، خطراتی نیز در بر داشته است که ایمنی فعالیت‌های این حوزه را تهدید می‌نماید. یکی از راه‌های کنترل و کاهش خطرات این صنعت، شناسایی و مدیریت عوامل ایجاد ریسک است. بر این اساس، هدف اصلی این تحقیق، شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی عوامل ایجاد ریسک برای عملیات هواپیما در فرودگاه و مناطق اطراف آن&nbsp; می‌باشد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:-.05pt;"><strong>روش بررسی</strong>: روش تحقیق توصیفی- پیمایشی است. ابزار اصلی گردآوری داده‌ها پرسش‌نامه می‌باشد. پرسش‌نامه دارای 22 گویه و در قالب 4 بُعد اصلی عوامل انسانی، محیطی، سخت‌افزاری و نرم‌افزاری طراحی شده است.&nbsp; پایایی آن از طریق آلفای کرونباخ مقدار 80/0 محاسبه شده و روایی پرسشنامه نیز از طریق روایی محتوایی، سازه‌ای و ضریب لائوشه تایید شده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق کارکنان بخش هوانوردی &ndash; خلبانان و کارکنان مراقبت پرواز-&nbsp; فرودگاه‌های استان تهران به تعداد 420 نفر بودند که بر اساس جدول مورگان تعداد 201 نفر از آن‌ها به عنوان نمونه اقدام به تکمیل پرسشنامه نمودند. جهت تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار 19 <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> و مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شده است.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:-.05pt;"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> یافته‌های تحقیق نشان داد که عوامل انسانی، نرم‌افزاری و سخت‌افزاری بر ایجاد ریسک برای عملیات هواپیما در فرودگاه و مناطق اطراف آن تاثیری مثبت و معنادار دارد و میزان تاثیرگذاری عوامل انسانی 90/0، عوامل محیطی 78/0، عوامل سخت‌افزاری 69/0 و در نهایت عوامل نرم‌افزاری 52/0 است.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:-.05pt;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: یافته &shy;های تحقیق، ضرورت ارتقای سطح ایمنی در فرودگاه‌ها و مناطق پروازی اطراف آن‌ها را از طریق:&nbsp; تدوین و پیاده سازی نظام مدیریت ایمنی، توسعه دانش و فرهنگ ایمنی کلیه عوامل انسانی، تجهیز فرودگاه‌ها به سامانه‌های جدید هوانوردی و هم‌چنین هماهنگی با سایر دستگاه‌های ذیربط به منظور جلوگیری از ایجاد ظرفیت‌های خطر بالقوه در اطراف فرودگاه&shy;ها را نمایان می سازد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:-.05pt;"></p> <p style="margin-left:-.05pt;"><strong>Background and aims:</strong> Aerodrome surface safety and in particular safety of flight environment around them are acknowledged globally as one of aviation&#39;s greatest challenges.</p> <p style="margin-left:-.05pt;">Aeronautical industries development within recent decays and employment of innovated technologies and procedures, encountered with multiple risk that threating the aviation safety.&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin-left:-.05pt;">The main purpose of this research was identification and priority of risky factors effecting on aircraft operation on aerodrome and flight environment around it.</p> <p style="margin-left:-.05pt;"></p> <p style="margin-left:-.05pt;"><strong>Methods</strong>: In this survey, descriptive method was used and a questionnaire of 22 items prepared and distributed between the research statistical population including Tehran Province aeronautical personnel about 420 persons that 201 of them have been selected based on Morgan table as statistical sample. The reliability of the questionnaire have been confirmed by Cronbach`s alpha coefficients (0.8) and its validity checked by content, structural and Lawshe methods. SPSS software version19 plus SEM (LISREL 8/5) have been used for analyzing.</p> <p style="margin-left:-.05pt;"><strong>Results</strong>: Research finding indicates that human factors, equipment factors, software factors and hardware factors have positive and direct effect on risk of aircraft operation on aerodrome surface and flight environment around it. Impact of human factors are 0.90, environmental factors .78, hardware factors 0.69 and software factors is 0.52.</p> <p style="margin-left:-.05pt;"><strong>Conclusion: </strong>Safety level enhancement is required on and in the vicinity of an aerodromes through planning and implementation of safety management system, knowledge and safety culture development for all human resources, in parallel to installation of new aerodromes equipment.
