fa بررسی و ارزیابی عملکرد مقررات ملی ساختمان با رویکرد ایمنی حریق در بخش‌های بستری یک بیمارستان میکرو ارگونومی Micro Ergonomics پژوهشي Research <p>  </p><p align="right"> <strong> زمینه و هدف: </strong>ایمنی حریق از مسائل مهم در بیمارستان‌ها می‌باشد. نقصان آگاهی، کم تحرکی و شرایط خاص افراد از دلایل اهمیت این موضوع می‌باشد. در بیشتر کشورها از جمله ایران، مقررات و اقدامات حفاظتی حریق در قالب قوانین ملی تدوین شده است. قوانین ساختمانی امروزی ایمنی کافی را برای بیماران در بیمارستان‌ها در شرایط مختلف تأمین نمی‌کند و بیشتر کشورهای پیشرفته اقدام به تدوین قوانین مبتنی بر کارایی نموده‌اند. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین سطح ریسک حریق در بخش‌های بستری یک بیمارستان و بررسی کارایی قوانین ملی در تأمین ایمنی حریق در بیمارستان‌، انجام شده است. </p><p align="right"> <strong> روش بررسی </strong>: ارزیابی ریسک با استفاده از روش مهندسی ارزیابی ریسک حریق و جمع آوری اطلاعات با استفاده از چک لیست انجام شده است. بر این اساس ریسک در تمامی واحد‌های مورد بررسی محاسبه شده است و در مرحله بعد برای ارزیابی اثر قوانین در ایجاد ایمنی با فرض برابری واحد‌ها با الزامات قانونی سطح ریسک در دو حالت محاسبه شده است </p><p align="right"> <strong> بحث </strong>: نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان می‌دهد که سطح ریسک حریق در وضعیت موجود در تمامی واحد‌ها بیشتر از یک بوده و با توجه به اینکه سطح ریسک کمتر یا مساوی یک قابل پذیرش است، به نظر می‌رسد که حداقل ایمنی قابل قبول در بخش‌های بستری تأمین نشده است. مشخص شد که قوانین ملی در شرایط مختلف کارایی لازم را برای تأمین ایمنی مناسب ندارند. </p><p align="right"> <strong> نتیجه </strong>: به منظور دستیابی به طراحی ایمنی حریق با کارایی مناسب، گزینه مناسب استفاده از روش‌های طراحی مبتنی بر ارزیابی ریسک می‌باشد.<strong></strong> </p><p>  </p> <font face="TimesNewRomanPS-BoldMT"><font face="TimesNewRomanPS-BoldMT"><p align="left"><strong>Background and aims</strong></p><font face="Times New Roman"><p align="left">AIDS as a re-emergent disease and Viral hepatitis (B and C) as one of thBackground and objective: Fire safety is an important problem in hospitals. Movement less, lack of awareness and special situation of residents are the reasons of this subject. In more countries such as Iran, fire protection regulations have compiled within the framework of national building codes. Current building codes don't create sufficient safety for patient in the hospitals in different situations and more of the advanced countries in the world effort to establish building code, base  on performance. This study to be accomplished with this goal that determination of fire risk level in the wards of a hospital and survey the efficiency of the national building codes.</p></font><p align="left"><strong> Methods</strong></p><font face="Times New Roman"><p align="left">fire risk assesses is done, using "engineering fire risk assessment method" with the checklist for Data gathering. In this manner, risk calculate in all compartments and in the next  stage for survey the effect of building codes, with this supposition that all compartment is  conforming to building code requirement, risk level calculate in two situation.</p></font><p align="left"><font face="TimesNewRomanPS-BoldMT"><strong></strong></font><font face="TimesNewRomanPS-BoldMT"></font><font face="TimesNewRomanPS-BoldMT"></font><font face="TimesNewRomanPSMT"></font></p><p></p><p></p><p align="left"><strong>Results</strong></p><font face="Times New Roman"><p align="left">the results of present study reveals that, risk level in all wards is more than one and even though risk less than one is acceptable, consequently minimum of safely situations didn't  produce in most wards.
