fa بررسی عوامل موثر بر درک ریسک و استفاده صحیح کارکنان از ماسکهای تنفسی در یک صنعت پتروشیمی ایمنی Safety پژوهشي Research <p style="DIRECTION: rtl" align="right">  <strong></strong><strong></strong></p><p align="right">  <strong>زمینه و هدف</strong>: اگر چه تجهیزات حفاظت تنفسی به میزان گسترده ای جهت حفاظت کارکنان در برابر آلاینده های شیمیایی محیط کار مورد استفاده قرار می گیرند ولی در صورت عدم استفاده مداوم و صحیح از این تجهیزات ، اثر حفاظتی آنها بسیار اندک خواهد بود. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی در ک ریسک و عوامل موثر بر استفاده صحیح کارکنان از ماسکهای تنفسی در یکی از صنایع پتروشیمی کشور می باشد. </p><p align="right">  <strong>روش بررسی: </strong>این مطالعه مقطعی بر روی 81 نفر از کارکنان یکی از صنایع پتروشیمی کشور که در معرض آلاینده های شیمیایی بودند، انجام شد. برای جمع آوری داده ها ازپرسشنامه ای که به همین منظور طراحی شده بود استفاده شد . داده ها در نرم افزار SPSS.13 و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آزمون کای دو مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. </p><p style="DIRECTION: rtl" align="right">  <strong>یافته ها: </strong>نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که فقط 6/8 درصدکارکنان در کلیه اوقات در معرض آلاینده های شیمیایی از ماسکهای حفاظتی استفاده می کردند . مهمترین دلیل عدم استفاده از ماسک در بین کارکنان مربوط به راحت نبودن ماسکهای حفاظتی بود. در این مطالعه بین درک ریسک با میزان استفاده از تجهیزات حفاظت تنفسی رابطه معنی داری وجود داشت.  در حالیکه ارتباط بین درک ریسک با شاخص استفاده صحیح از ماسک (PURI) و همچنین ارتباط بین سن و سابقه کار با میزان استفاده از تجهیزات تنفسی معنادار نبود <span dir="rtl"></span><span lang="FA" dir="rtl" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt FONT-FAMILY: "><span dir="rtl"></span>(</span><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt FONT-FAMILY: ">p>0/05</span><span lang="FA" dir="rtl" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt FONT-FAMILY: ">)</span></p><p align="right">  <strong>نتیجه گیری</strong>: به منظور بهبود میزان استفاده صحیح کارکنان از ماسکهای تنفسی، لازم است ضمن حذف موانع عدم پذیرش ماسکهای حفاظتی (مثل راحت نبودن آنها ) و همچنین افزایش درک ریسک کارکنان در زمینه حفاظت تنفسی ، کارکنان را در مورد عوامل موثر بر استفاده صحیح از ماسکهای تنفسی آموزش داد که برای نیل به این هدف ، اجرای کامل برنامه حفاظت تنفسی به صنعت پیشنهاد گردید. </p><p align="right">  </p><p align="right"> </p> <font face="Times New Roman"><p><strong>Background and aims</strong></p><font face="Times New Roman"><p align="left">Respirators are widely employed as the only measure against respiratory hazards. However, it is well known that unless workers wear respiratory continuously</p><p align="left">and properly, its efficacy will be very low. The purpose of this study was to determine the risk  perception and effective factors on proper use of respirators among workers exposed to chemical  containments in a petrochemical industry<strong>.</strong></p><font face="Times New Roman"><p><strong>Methods</strong></p><font face="Times New Roman"><p align="left">In this cross-sectional study a structural questionnaire was administrated to 81 randomly selected workers in a petrochemical industry and collected data were analyzed by SPSS  package with descriptive statistics and Chi-Square test.</p><font face="Times New Roman"><p><strong>Results</strong></p><font face="Times New Roman"><p align="left">This study showed that only 8.6% of employees claimed to wear respiratory protectors all the time when they exposed to chemicals. The most common cause for not always wearing  respirators was being uncomfortable. In this study there was a significant relationship between use of respirators and worker's risk</p><p align="left">perception (p < 0.05). While the relationship between worker's risk perception and Proper Use of  Respirator Index (PURI) wasn't statistically significant (p> 0.05). Also the relationship between  age and experience with use of respirators wasn't statistically significant (p> 0.05).</p><font face="Times New Roman"><p><strong>Conclusion</strong></p><font face="Times New Roman"><p align="left">The results of the study showed that for promoting the proper use of respirators , the company should remove the barriers to compliance respirators by workers (Such as their  uncomfortably) and promote the workers' risk perception about respiratory hazard and also  training workers about effective factors of proper use of respirators.
