fa بررسی تناسب ابعاد آنتروپومتری با صندلی‌های موجود و تعیین ابعاد صندلی استاندارد در ‌دانش‌آموزان پایه سوم و ششم دبستان‌های شهر کرمان ارگونومی Ergonomics كاربردي Applicable <p dir="RTL"></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> نشستن بر روی صندلی نامناسب می‌تواند منجر به ناراحتی‌های سیستم اسکلتی عضلانی گردد. لذا در این مطالعه تصمیم گرفته شد تناسب ابعاد آنتروپومتری دانش‌آموزان پایه‌های سوم و ششم دبستان با صندلی‌های موجود تعیین گردد و با توجه به ابعاد آنتروپومتری به دست آمده ابعاد صندلی پیشنهادی ارائه گردد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش بررسی:</strong> در این مطالعه 572 دانش‌آموز دختر و پسر شرکت داده شد. ابتدا 275 دانش‌آموز پایه سوم و 297 دانش‌آموز پایه ششم دبستان به‌طور تصادفی انتخاب شدند و تعدادی از ابعاد آنتروپومتری مرتبط با ابعاد صندلی از جمله، ارتفاع شانه، ارتفاع آرنج، ارتفاع رکبی، طول کفل- رکبی و پهنای باسن در آن‌ها اندازه‌گیری شد. سپس تناسب ابعاد صندلی‌های موجود با ابعاد آنتروپومتری دانش‌آموزان فوق سنجیده شد و ابعاد صندلی مناسب تعیین گردید.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>نتایج نشان داد که کلیه ابعاد صندلی بزرگتر از ابعاد آنتروپومتریک دانش‌آموزان پایه سوم ابتدایی بود. در دانش‌آموزان پایه ششم فقط ارتفاع نشستنگاه در دختران و پسران به ترتیب با 85.3 و 84.5 درصد از ارتفاع رکبی دانش‌آموزان مطابق بود. ارتفاع پشتی صندلی و عمق نشستنگاه کوچکتر، درحالیکه ارتفاع دسته صندلی و پهنای نشستنگاه بزرگتر از ابعاد بدنی دانش‌آموزان بود.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> با توجه به تفاوت‌های موجود در ابعاد بدنی دانش‌آموزان پایه‌های سوم و ششم، تفاوت چندانی در سایز صندلی‌های آن‌ها مشاهده نمی‌شود. کلیه ابعاد صندلی‌های مورد استفاده جهت دانش‌آموزان پایه سوم بیشتر از ابعاد آنتروپومتریک بدن آن‌ها است که با کاهش ابعاد صندلی علاوه بر صرفه‌جویی در هزینه‌های تولید، می‌توان درصد تناسب ابعاد آنتروپومتریک دانش‌آموزان را با صندلی‌های مورد استفاده نیز افزایش داد‌.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Background and aims:</strong> Sitting on an unfitted chair can cause disorders of musculoskeletal system. In this study we investigated to determine the match of anthropometric dimension with classroom chairs in the students of 3^ed and 6^th grades primary school and finally offer the best dimension of the classroom chairs.</p> <p><strong>Methods</strong>: 572 primary schools students (male and female) were attended in this study which 275 and 297 of them were in 3^ed and 6^th grade respectively. Some of anthropometric dimensions such as shoulder height, elbow height, popliteal height, popliteal - buttock length and buttock breath were measured. Then anthropometric dimensions were compared with seats dimensions and the appropriate seat dimensions were offered.</p> <p><strong>Results: </strong>results showed all of the seat dimensions were larger than the anthropometric dimensions in the 3^edstudents. Also in the 6^th grade students only seat height were match with popliteal height 85.3 and 84.5% in the girls and boys student respectively. Back rest height and seat depth were the larger while armrest height and seat width were the smaller than the students physical dimensions.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> According to the differences in the body dimensions of the third and sixth grade students there are a little difference in the size of their seats. All of the seat dimensions are larger than the anthropometric dimensions in the 3^edstudents.
