fa بررسی ارتباط اختلالات اسکلتی-عضلانی با شاخص استرین شغلی(SI) وتوانایی کار جسمی کارگران صنف تولید کنندگان کفش بازار تهران ارگونومی Ergonomics كاربردي Applicable <p dir="RTL"><strong>زمینه و هدف: </strong>کفاش ها نیاز به کار ماهیچه ای دارند ، ظرفیت قلبی- تنفسی آنان عامل تعیین کننده ی عملکرد و بهره وری وظایف روزانه می باشد و با توجه به شیوع بالای اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی و همچنین وجود بارکاری سنگین در کارگران صنف تولید کنندگان کفش ما را برآن داشت که تا به مطالعه بررسی ارتباط اختلالات اسکلتی-عضلانی با شاخص استرین شغلی(<span dir="LTR">SI</span>) وتوانایی کار جسمیکارگران صنف تولید کنندگان کفش بازار تهرانبپردازیم</p> <p dir="RTL">ر<strong>وش بررسی: </strong>در این مطالعه، صنف تولید کفش به 5 وظیفه برشکاری، رویه سازی، پیشکاری، چسب زنی و کارجمع کن (بسته بندی و...)تقسیم شد.از پرسشنامه استاندارد نوردیک جهت دستیابی به نرخ شیوع اختلالات اسکلتی &ndash;عضلانی و با استفاده از روش تست پله <span dir="LTR">Tuxworth & Shahnavaz</span> جهت ظرفیت هوازی و از شاخص استرین شغلی جهت برآورد ارگونومیکی و سپس داده های مورد نیاز، از نرم افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS20</span>جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها استفاده شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته ها:</strong> تعداد کل نمونه 235 مورد، بین استرین شغلی با اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی بخش انتهائی اندام فوقانی&nbsp; (سمت راست ، سمت چپ ) با استفاده ازآزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون ارتباط معنادار یافت شد اما نتایج حاصل از بررسی ارتباط امتیاز شاخص<span dir="LTR">Vo2max</span> کارگران صنف تولید کفش با اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی شانه، آرنج مچ دست و پا&nbsp; ران، ستون فقرات و کمر و به عبارتی با کلیه اندام ها معنی دار&nbsp; نداشت</p> <p><strong>نتیجه گیری :</strong><span dir="RTL"> اختلالات اسکلتی </span><span dir="RTL">&ndash;</span><span dir="RTL"> عضلانی بخش انتهائی اندام فوقانی ( مچ دست، شانه و آرنج) همبستگی قوی با استرین شغلی دارد. برنامه ریزی مناسب برای کاهش استرین شغلی می تواند به کاهش اختلالات عضلانی و اسکلتی اندام فوقانی در کفاشان می باشد</span></p> <strong>Background and aims:</strong> Cardiorespiratory capacity determines performance and productivity of daily jobs.Shoe production workers have heavy work load and musculoskeletal disorders is prevalent in this job. &nbsp;Investigation on the relationship between musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) and job strain index (SI) and physical activity capability of shoe workers can help to reduce MSDs.<br> <br> <strong>Methods: </strong>This study was done on 235 shoe workers of Tehran Great Bazar. Cases of the study were categorized as having 5 roles of cutting, coating, preworking, gluing, and finishing (packaging, etc.). Nordic questionnair was used to assess the rate of musculoskeletal disorders, and Tuxworth & Shahnavaz step-test was used to find aerobic capacity, and the job strain index was used for ergonomic estimation. All data were analyzed using SPSS 20 software.<br> <br> <strong>Results:</strong> Between job strain and musculoskeletal disorders of end part of upper limbs (right side, left side), a significant relationship was found (p<0.05). No significant relationship between VO2max index scores of shoe workers and musculoskeletal disorders of shoulder, elbow, wrist, ankle, hip, spinal cord, and waist, and all organs in general (p>0.05).<br> <br> <strong>Conclusion: </strong>Musculoskeletal disorders of terminal part of upper organs (wrist, shoulder, and elbow) had strong correlation with job strain.
