fa مواجهه با استرس گرمایی در محیط های شغلی (مطالعات میدانی): مطالعه مروری سیستماتیک Exposure to heat stress in the workplace: a systematic review study استرس حرارتی Thermal Stress مروری Review Article زمینه و هدف: فعالیت در محیط های گرم یکی از خطرات فیزیکی رایج در محیط های کاری است که می تواند علاوه بر ایجاد بیماری های ناشی از گرما و اثر بر سلامت شاغلین، سبب افزایش ریسک آسیب ها و حوادث شغلی شود. هدف از  انجام این مقاله، مروری بر مطالعات صورت گرفته در مبحث استرس حرارتی در کشورهای مختلف، بررسی شاخص های مورد استفاده، ویژگی مواجهه در محیط های کاری گرم  و مشاغل پر خطر و  بررسی جایگاه و اهمیت این مطالعات بود. روش بررسی: در این مطالعه مروری  از پایگاه های اطلاعاتی Web of Science، Scopus ، Pubmed ، ScienceDirect، Iran Medex ، Magiran، Google Scholar و SID  استفاده شد. کلید واژه های Heat stress,Heat strain, Heat exposure, Heat waves,   Workplace, Knowledge and attitude of workers about heat stress  (استرس حرارتی، مواجهه با گرما، امواج گرمایی، محیط های شغلی، آگاهی و درک شاغلین از استرس حرارتی) در بازه زمانی سالهای 2000 تا 2015 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در نهایت 103 مقاله وارد این مطالعه شدند. یافته ها: 90 درصد مطالعات مقطعی، 41% مقالات مربوط به محیط های کاری روباز، 42% مربوط به محیط های سرپوشیده بود. 19 مطالعه به بررسی درک و قضاوت ذهنی افراد از استرس حرارتی پرداخته بودند. در 60 مطالعه (71%) از شاخص های دمای تر گویسان (WBGT) به تنهایی و یا همراه با شاخص های دیگر برای ارزیابی استرس حرارتی استفاده شده بود. شاغلین صنایع تولیدی و کشاورزان بیشترین مشاغل مورد بررسی بودند. اکثر مطالعات نشان دادند که شاغلین از استرس حرارتی و استرین ناشی از آن رنج می برند. نتیجه گیری: بررسی نتایج مطالعات انجام شده نشان داد که وضعیت استرس حرارتی در محیط های شغلی با توجه به ماهیت حرارتی فرایندهای شغلی در محیط های بسته و چالش تغییرات آب و هوایی در مشاغل روباز، نگران کننده می باشد. لذا لاز م است اقدامات پیشگیرانه و کنترلی لازم برای کاهش میزان استرس حرارتی و استرین ناشی از آن با تمهیدات اتخاذ شده توسط مدیران و مشارکت هر چه بهتر شاغلین انجام گیرد تا عوارض و اثرات مرگبار آن حذف یا کاهش یابد. Background:and aims Working in hot environments is one of the common physical risks factor in the workplace, which can also cause heat-related illnesses and various health effects on workers, and also increasing the risk of injuries and occupational accidents. The purpose of this paper is review conducted studies about heat stress in different countries, investigation the indices of heat stress, the characteristics of the exposure in hot environments, high-risk occupations, and sutvey the status and importance of these studies. Methods: In this review study used Web of Science, Scopus, Pubmed, ScienceDirect, Iran Medex, Magiran, Google Scholar and SID databases. The keywordsincluded Heat stress, heat exposure, heat waves, workplace, knowledge and attitude of workers about heat stress, the period of 2000 to 2015 was investigated, and finally 103 original articles were identifed. Results: 90% of all study being cross-sectional studies, 41% being related to outdoor workplaces, and 42% being related to indoor environment. Most studies were carried out in the tropical zones.19 studies were about perceptions and behavioural responses of exposure to heat stress.A range of heat indices were used with 60 (71%) studies using Wet Bulb Globe Temperature Index (WBGT). Most of studied focused on manufacturing workers and farmers. Most of studies indicated that workers were suffering from heat stress and strain. Conclusion: The results of studies showed that stress in workplace is worrying due to the nature of the working processes both indoor and outdoor, and of climate change.
