fa عوامل مرتبط با استفاده از گوشی حفاظتی در کارگران کارخانجات ریسندگی بافندگی شهر یزد بر اساس تئوری انگیزش محافظت ایمنی Safety پژوهشي Research <p>  <strong>زمینه و هدف</strong> : <strong></strong>افت شنوایی ناشی از تماس با صدای مضر یکی از مهمترین بیماریهای شغلی است. درصد کارگرانی که در حضور صدای مضر از گوشی استفاده می کنندخیلی پایین است.مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین عوامل مرتبط با <strong></strong>استفاده از گوشی حفاظتی در کارگران کارخانجات ریسندگی بافندگی شهر یزد بر اساس تئوری انگیزش محافظت انجام شد. </p><p>  <strong>روش بررسی:</strong> در این پژوهش تحلیلی مقطعی‏،280 نفر از کارگران کارخانجات ریسندگی بافندگی شهر یزد که در معرض صدای بالای 85 دسی بل قرار داشتند و به روش خوشه ای از بین 3 کارخانه انتخاب شده بودند، مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. اطلاعات به وسیله پرسشنامه ای که بر اساس تئوری انگیزش محافظت طراحی شده بود ، به روش مصاحبه اختصاصی با کارگر جمع آوری ومورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. </p><p>  <strong>یافته ها:</strong> 5/42درصد از افراد مورد مطالعه همیشه از گوشی استفاده می کردند و 7/20درصد نیز اصلاً استفاده نمی کردند. بین سن افراد ومیانگین نمره سازه های، شدت درک شده ، حساسیت درک شده ، کارآمدی <strong></strong>پاسخ درک شده، <strong></strong>و انگیزش محافظت، همچنین بین سابقه کار افراد و میانگین نمره سازه های شدت درک شده ،کارآمدی <strong></strong>پاسخ درک شده و حساسیت درک شده و نیز بین تحصیلات و میانگین نمره کارآمدی <strong></strong>پاسخ درک شده ، همچنین بین انگیزش محافظت ومیانگین نمره سازه های، حساسیت درک شده ، خودکارآمدی درک شده <strong></strong>کارآمدی پاسخ درک شده، هزینه های درک شده و رفتار <strong></strong>همبستگی معنی داری وجود داشت. </p><p>  <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> با توجه به همبستگی بیشتر سازه ها ی تئوری، با انگیزش محافظت افراد در خصوص استفاده از گوشی، طراحی برنامه های آموزشی در چهارچوب این تئوری جهت افزایش انگیزش کارگران برای استفاده از گوشی حفاظتی مورد تأکید است. </p><p>  <strong></strong></p><p>  </p> <font face="TimesNewRomanPS-BoldMT"><p><strong>Background and aims</strong></p><font face="TimesNewRomanPSMT"><p align="left">Noise-Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL) is an important occupational disorder. High percentage of workers in occupational environments did not use the hearing protection device against harmful noise. This study was carried out to study factors related to workers' use of Hearing protection Device in Knitting & spinning factories of Yazd city based on protection motivation theory.</p><font face="TimesNewRomanPS-BoldMT"><p><strong>Methods</strong></p><font face="TimesNewRomanPSMT"><p align="left">In this cross-sectional analytical study 280 workers of the knitting & spinning factories of Yazd City who exposed to harmful noise (over 85dB) selected among the three factories by cluster sampling. The data gathered via exclusive interviews with selected workers  using the questionnaire designed based on protection motivation theory and were analyzed</p><font face="TimesNewRomanPS-BoldMT"><p><strong>Results</strong></p><font face="TimesNewRomanPSMT"><p align="left">42/5 percent of workers permanently used hearing protection devices, and 20/7 percent of workers never use.There was a significant correlation between the age of workers and the mean score components of PMT perceived severity, perceived vulnerability, perceived response efficacy and protection motivation. There was also a significant correlation between the work experience and the mean score of PMT factors perceived severity, perceived response efficacy and perceived vulnerability.
