fa بررسی عملکرد و مشارکت علمی ژورنال سلامت کار ایران: یک مطالعه علم سنجی HSE HSE Full Text Full Text <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> عملکرد و میزان مشارکت علمی مجلات و سازمان ها یکی از شاخص های رایج علم سنجی بروندادهای علمی است. ژورنال سلامت کار ایران، یکی از مجلات علمی-پژوهشی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران است که ماموریت آن تهیه و انتشار شواهد علمی در حوزه بهداشت کار، بهداشت حرفه ای و ارتقاء سلامت در سطح ایران است. این مطالعه با توجه به اهمیت بررسی عملکرد و میزان مشارکت علمی این ژورنال انجام شده است.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">روش بررسی:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> این یک مطالعه علم سنجی است که با روش تحلیل استنادی و محتوایی با استفاده از سرشماری مقالات و نیز با استفاده از داده های پایگاه اسکوپوس انجام شده است. کلیه مقالات منتشر شده بین سال‌های 1391-1396 بررسی شد. تحلیل محتوایی با استخراج موضوعات مقالات در شاخه های موضوعی دسته بندی شده در این ژورنال انجام شد. &nbsp;همچنین شاخص‌های تعداد نویسندگان، وابستگی سازمانی نویسندگان، نوع مقالات، و مراکزی که بیشترین تعداد مقالات را داشته‌اند نیز &nbsp;بررسی گردید. تحلیل داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">Excel</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> نسخه 2016 انجام شد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> شاخص های مربوط به عملکرد ژورنال همچون کاهش&nbsp; مدت زمان بین دریافت تا پذیرش مقاله و نیز دریافت استناد به ازای هر مقاله در بازه 6 ساله بررسی شده روند رو به افزایش &nbsp;داشته است. از نظر فراوانی موضوعی، همراستا با نیازهای پژوهشی، موضوعات ارگونومی (59 مقاله) و پس از آن ایمنی (52 مقاله) &nbsp;بیشترین تعداد مقالات منتشره را شامل می شده است. رتبه بین المللی این ژورنال بر اساس شاخص </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">SJR</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> از 101/0 در سال 2012 به 220/0 در سال 2017 افزایش یافته است</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">.</span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> بهبود عملکرد ژورنال سلامت کار ایران در طی سال‌های مورد بررسی بر اساس &nbsp;تحلیل های انجام شده و نیز شاخص های اسکوپوس روندی افزایشی داشته است. با توجه به این روند، انتظار می رود این روند در آینده نیز همچنان ادامه داشته باشد.</span></span> <strong>Background:</strong> Of common scientometric indices is evaluating the performance and scientific collaboration of journals and organizations. Iran Occupational Health Journal belongs to Iran University of Medical Sciences and committed to providing scientific evidence for improving occupational health. Based on the importance of health at work, this study aimed to evaluate the Journal&rsquo;s performance and scientific collaboration in the field.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This is a scientometric study using both citation and content analyses. Complete enumeration survey method and Scimago data were used to collect all information about published articles between 2012 and 2017. Content analysis was performed to find about the articles&rsquo; dominant subject area. The data on the number of authors, the authors&#39; organizational affiliation, the type of articles, and the affiliated centers with the most number of articles were reported. Data were analyzed using Excel 2016 software.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The Journal&rsquo;s performance in various indices such as reducing the time between receive and accept of papers has had an improving trend for 6 consecutive years. The Journal has published mostly in subjects of ergonomics (59 articles) and then safety (52 articles). The Journal&rsquo;s SJR in Scopus has had an increasing trend from 0.101 in 2012 to 0.220 in 2017.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Based on the collected data and Scimago indices, the performance of Iran Occupational Health Journal has shown an improving trend over the studied years. The priorities of published subjects in the Journal are in agreement with the research priorities for occupational health in Iran.
