fa بررسی وضعیت سلامت عمومی و نیازهای آموزشی شاغلین نانوایی‌ها در زمینه پیشگیری از ابتلا به ویروس کرونا در شهر بافت سال 1400 Investigating the Public Health Status and Educational Needs of Bakers in Preventing COVID-19 Infection in Baft in 2021 آموزش بهداشت(در محیط کار) Health Education پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه و اهداف: یکی از راه‌های پیشگیری از ابتلا به ویروس کرونا، رعایت پروتکل‌های بهداشتی در هنگام تهیه، پخت و خرید نان در نانوایی‌ها است. لذا توجه به‌سلامت عمومی نانوایان و ارائه آموزش‌های لازم در این خصوص به ایشان ضروری است. پژوهش حاضر باهدف تعیین وضعیت سلامت عمومی و نیازهای آموزشی شاغلین نانوایی‌های شهر بافت در زمینه پیشگیری از ابتلا به ویروس کرونا در سال 1400 انجام‌شده است. روش کار: این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی از نوع مقطعی بود که بر روی شاغلین نانوایی‌های شهر بافت به‌صورت نمونه در دسترس به تعداد 135 نفر انجام شد. اﻃﻼﻋﺎت با استفاده از سه پرسشنامه شامل پرسشنامه استاندارد ﺳﻨﺠﺶ سلامت عمومی<a name="_Hlk101977743">، پرسشنامه استاندارد سنجش سطح آگاهی و چک‌لیست عملکرد بهداشتی و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته سنجش نگرش </a>به‌صورت حضوری در مدت چهار ماه جمع‌آوری شد و از آزمون‌های آماری میانگین، انحراف معیار، نمره Z، کای دو و ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن برای تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد. میزان پاسخ‌دهی به پرسشنامه‌ها (100%) بود. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که وضعیت سلامت عمومی شاغلین نانوایی‌های شهر بافت با میانگین و انحراف معیار (25/7 ± 25/71) مناسب نیست، همچنین وضعیت ابعاد سلامت عمومی ایشان شامل بعد جسمانی، بعد اضطراب و بی‌خوابی، بعد سلامت اجتماعی و بعد افسردگی نامناسب بود. بررسی وضعیت نیازهای آموزشی مشارکت‌کنندگان درزمینه پیشگیری از ابتلا به ویروس کرونا با میانگین و انحراف معیار  (96/42 ± 49/4) نشان‌دهنده وضعیت مطلوب درزمینه آگاهی، عملکرد و نگرش بود. بین نمره سلامت عمومی و نیازهای آموزشی همبستگی ضعیف گزارش شد که ازنظر آماری معنی‌دار نبود (312/0P =). نیازهای آموزشی شاغلین نانوایی‌های شهر بافت بر اساس عوامل سن، سابقه فعالیت، میزان درآمد و نوع پخت  اختلاف معنی‌دار (05/0p<m:omath><m:r><m:rpr><m:scr m:val="roman"><m:sty m:val="p"></m:sty></m:scr></m:rpr> </m:r><m:r><m:rpr><m:scr m:val="roman"><m:sty m:val="p"></m:sty></m:scr></m:rpr>≤</m:r></m:omath><img alt="" id="_x0000_i1025" src="data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAABIAAAAZCAIAAACza+nDAAAAAXNSR0IArs4c6QAAAAlwSFlzAAAOxAAADsQBlSsOGwAAAIRJREFUOE/tk1ESwBAMROmx4j56nbiMHoa7KDotlVET/ZXvfZtkgwwhCH5tfCQRCyO5cSLx/jC7UsZHl3i3QTlnUUOUAmi0Lqv72KMWWX3J7yJYpS7mZJ4WszpNo/FtPsTCXLfiy9uNxspLssdD2lvO/bc2SYfpsF/1pxvnTVYzLIwc5AQ7VZKb+D5Q5wAAAABJRU5ErkJggg==" style="width:13.5pt; height:18.75pt" > ) داشت ولی بر اساس عوامل جنسیت (970/0)،‌ تأهل (317/0)، ‌تحصیلات (798/0) و نوع فعالیت (648/0) ازنظر آماری معنی‌دار نبود (05/0 p<m:omath><m:r><m:rpr><m:scr m:val="roman"><m:sty m:val="p"></m:sty></m:scr></m:rpr> </m:r><m:r><m:rpr><m:scr m:val="roman"><m:sty m:val="p"></m:sty></m:scr></m:rpr>≥</m:r></m:omath><img alt="" id="_x0000_i1025" src="data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAABIAAAAZCAIAAACza+nDAAAAAXNSR0IArs4c6QAAAAlwSFlzAAAOxAAADsQBlSsOGwAAAI1JREFUOE/tlMENgCAMRcGxyj5lHVwGhsFdsChgUpGABw7GHhse//c3IEMIYryWcSQSP3bLjUfitJRK6dVt7Yhpb7y8twhAGKCx3ldOBFFrpt6FAzK8heUbC37Kx3YPlsWtQbIOhsAejKlFud7Zkrnsu4a9SNIiuS+TP8Ysp743Pls02a5jAXNNfvlT2AF4rJCrYoXkNAAAAABJRU5ErkJggg==" style="width:13.5pt; height:18.75pt" > ). نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج به‌دست‌آمده وضعیت سلامت عمومی و ابعاد سلامت عمومی شاغلین نانوایی‌های شهر بافت شامل بعد جسمانی، بعد اضطراب و بی‌خوابی، بعد سلامت اجتماعی و بعد افسردگی مناسب نبود؛ اما وضعیت‌آگاهی، عملکرد و نگرش آنان در خصوص پیشگیری از ابتلا به ویروس کرونا در وضعیت مطلوب قرار داشت.  </div> <div></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction and objectives: One of the ways to prevent corona virus infection is to follow health protocols when preparing, baking and buying bread in bakeries. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the general health of bakers and provide them with the necessary training in this regard. The present study was conducted with the aim of determining the general health status and educational needs of the employees of the bakeries of Baft city in the field of prevention of corona virus infection in 2021. Methodology: This research was a cross-sectional descriptive study that was conducted on the employees of bakeries in the city of Baft as an available sample of 135 people. Information using three questionnaires, including the standard questionnaire for measuring public health, the standard questionnaire for measuring the level of awareness. The health performance checklist and the researcher-made attitude measurement questionnaire were collected face-to-face during four months, and statistical tests of mean, standard deviation, Z-score, chi-square, and Spearman's correlation coefficient were used to analyze the data. The response rate to the questionnaires was (%100). Findings: The results showed that the general health status of Baft city bakeries employees is not suitable with the mean and standard deviation of (71.25 ± 7.25), also the status of their general health dimensions including physical dimension, anxiety and insomnia dimension, social health dimension and depression dimension are inappropriate. Was. Examining the educational needs of the participants in the field of prevention of corona virus infection with the mean and standard deviation of (42.96 ± 4.49) showed a favorable situation in the field of awareness, performance and attitude. A weak correlation was reported between general health score and educational needs, which was not statistically significant, (P = 0.312).
