fa بررسی دیدگاه پزشکان و داروسازان از پذیرش خدمات نسخه الکترونیکی در استان گیلان Examining the point of view of doctors and pharmacists regarding the acceptance of electronic prescription services in Guilan province آموزش بهداشت(در محیط کار) Health Education كاربردي Applicable سابقه و هدف: پذیرش فناوری، به عنوان نیروی محرکه برای اجرای موفقیت آمیز سلامت الکترونیک می‌باشد.بررسی و شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر پذیرش فناوری اطلاعات، تلاش در جهت تقویت عوامل مثبت و ارائه راه حل برای هموار کردن عوامل بازدارنده سهم عمده ای در پذیرش نسخه نویسی الکترونیکی ایفا می‌کند. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی دیدگاه پزشکان و داروسازان از تجویزنسخه الکترونیکی براساس نظریه یکپارچه پذیرش و استفاده از فناوری(UTAUT ) در استان گیلان انجام گرفت. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه، از نظر روش تحقیق به صورت توصیفی و از طبقه همبستگی بود که بر روی پزشکان و داروسازان انجام گرفت. جامعه پژوهش در برگیرنده پزشکان  و داروسازان  در استان گیلان می‌باشد. در این مطالعه، بر اساس جدول مورگان 265 پزشک و 145  داروساز در مطالعه وارد شدند. برای گرداوری داده‌های مورد نیاز پژوهش از پرسشنامه کوهن و همکاران<a href="#_ftn1" name="_ftnref1" title="">[1]</a>(2013) استفاده شد. داده ها در دو سطح توصیفی و استنباطی بوسیله نرم افزار spss انجام گرفت. یافته‌ها: بین عملکرد مورد انتظار با پذیرش نسخه الکترونیکی (079/0-= β) رابطه ندارد. بین تلاش مورد انتظار با پذیرش نسخه الکترونیکی (735/0= β) و  بین شرایط تسهیل گر با پذیرش نسخه الکترونیکی (362/0-= β) رابطه دارد. امابین تاثیر اجتماعی با پذیرش نسخه الکترونیکی (036/0= β) و ارزش قیمت با پذیرش نسخه الکترونیکی (049/0= β) رابطه ندارد. بحث: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین شرایط تسهیل گر و تلاش مورد انتظار  با پذیرش نسخه الکترونیکی رابطه وجود دارد. انتظار می‌رود نتایج پژوهش حاضر در راستای ارتقاء کیفیت خدمات سلامت، راه حلی برای غلبه بر موانع پذیرش، تسهیل ارتقاء سیستم نسخه نویسی، پذیرش نسخه نویسی الکترونیکی و اجرای کامل پرونده الکترونیک سلامت در کشور گردد. Background and purpose: Acceptance of technology is the driving force for the successful implementation of e-health. Investigating and identifying the factors affecting the acceptance of information technology, efforts to strengthen positive factors and provide solutions to smooth the inhibiting factors play a major role in the acceptance of electronic prescribing. This study was conducted with the aim of investigating the views of doctors and pharmacists on electronic prescribing based on the integrated theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) in Guilan province. Materials and methods: This study, in terms of research method, was descriptive and correlational, which was conducted on doctors and pharmacists. The research community includes doctors and pharmacists in Guilan province. In this study, according to Morgan's table, 265 doctors and 145 pharmacists were included in the study. The questionnaire of Cohen et al. (2013) was used to collect the data required for the research. the data was analyzed at two descriptive and inferential levels using spss software. Results: There is no relationship between the expected performance and the acceptance of the electronic version (β = -0.079). There is a relationship between the expected effort and the acceptance of the electronic version (β = 0.735) and between the facilitating conditions and the acceptance of the electronic version (β = -0.362). There is no relationship between social impact and acceptance of electronic prescription (β = 0.036) and price value with acceptance of electronic prescription (β = 0.049). Conclusion: The results of the research showed that there is a relationship between the facilitating conditions and the expected effort with the acceptance of the electronic version.
