fa تحلیل علم‌سنجی برونداد‌‌های علمی مجله سلامت کار ایران در پایگاه اسکوپوس (2011-2022) Scientometric analysis of the scientific outputs of Iran Occupational Health Journal in the Scopus database (2011-2022) بهداشت محیط کار Workplace Health مروری Review Article زمینه و هدف: ژورنال های علمی و پژوهشی یکی از مهمترین ابزارها جهت دست یابی به  توسعه و پیشرفت علم و هم چنین از مهم ترین راههای نشر و گسترش علم و دانش در جهان امروزی محسوب می شوند. نشریات علمی و تخصصی وسیله ای برای توزیع، انباشت و تولید داده ها و اطلاعات علمی در هر حوزه علمی میباشند. ژورنال سلامت کار ایران اولین ژورنال تحصصی در حوزه ایمنی و بهداشت محیط کار می باشد. لذا بررسی عملکرد این ژورنال به روش علم سنجی تصویر جامعی از افراد، مؤسسات و موضوعات مطرح شده در نشریه را فراهم  خواهد نمود. بنابراین هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی عملکرد این ژورنال در پایگاه اسکوپوس طی سال های 2011 تا 2022 می باشد. روش بررسی: مطالعه حاضر به روش توصیفی تحلیلی با رویکرد علم سنجی انجام گرفت .جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل کلیه مقالات ژورنال سلامت کار ایران در پایگاه اسکوپوس از ابتدا تا پایان سال 2022 بود. برای ترسیم نقشه های علمی از نرم افزار VOSviewer و پکیج علم سنجی نرم افزار Rاستفاده گردید. هم چنین جهت سنجش موارد توصیفی مطالعه از نرم افزار Excel بهره گرفته شد. یافته ها: نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان در مجموع683 مقاله از مجله سلامت کار ایران طی سالهای 2011 تا 2022 در پایگاه استنادی اسکوپوس نمایه شده است. روند انتشار تولیدات علمی در این ژورنال تا سال 2017 افزایشی و کاهش انتشار در سال های 2018 و  2019 مشاهده گردید.. از نظر توزیع موضوعی و توجه به علم روز وضعیت ژورنال مناسب بود. هم چنین موضوعات مربوط به19covid- و تاثیر آن بر مشاغل مختلف با توجه به شیوع آن در سال های اخیر بیشتر مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. کلید واژه های با بیشترین فراوانی، شامل کلید واژه های Safety،Job stress ، Risk assessment،  Musculoskeletal disorders بود. 1/69 ( 472 ) درصد از مقالات حداقل یک بار توسط مقالات دیگر مورد استناد قرار گرفته اند و9/30 درصد(211مقاله) مقاله بدون استناد می باشند. میانگین استناد به مقالات 86/2 و میانگین استناد به ازای هر مقاله در سال 4/0 بود. بحث و نتیجه گیری: در جمع بندی نتایج بدست آمده از عملکرد ژورنال سلامت کار ایران، از آن جا که میزان استنادهای دریافتی مقالات نشان از کیفیت و پذیرش مقاله از سوی جامعه علمی است، تولیدات علمی این ژورنال نیازمند توجه بیشتر در این زمینه میباشد. لذا پیشنهاد می شود با اشتراک گذاری مقالات در رسانههای اجتماعی، استفاده از هیئت تحریریه با زمینههای علمی متفاوت (به عنوان مثال استفاده از توان اساتید علم اطلاعات و دانش شناسی)، جذب مقالاتی که با همکاری و مشارکت بیشتر بین پژوهشگران سطح داخلی و خارجی تولید شده اند، انتشار بیشتر مقالات مروری در کنار مقالات پژوهشی جهت بهبود شاخص های علم سنجی در افزایش رویتپذیری و احتمال دریافت استناد به مقالات مجله افزایش یافته و دربلند مدت باعث کیفیت بیشتر مجله گردد.  Background and Objective: Scientific journals and research papers are considered one of the most important tools for the development and advancement of science. They are also among the most significant means of disseminating and expanding knowledge and science in today's world. Scientific and specialized journals serve as a medium for distributing, accumulating, and producing scientific data and information in every scientific field. The Iran Occupational Health Journal is the first specialized journal in the field of occupational health and safety. Therefore, analyzing the performance of this journal through scientometric methods will provide a comprehensive picture of the individuals, institutions, and topics discussed in the journal. Hence, the objective of this study is to examine the performance of this journal in the Scopus database during the years 2011 to 2022. Research Method: The present study was conducted using a descriptive-analytical approach with a scientometric perspective. The population of this research included all articles from the Iran Occupational Health Journal in the Scopus database database from the beginning of indexing in this database (2011) until the end of 2022. VOSviewer software (Version 1.6.20) and the scientometric package in R software (version 4.1.0) were used to create scientific maps. Additionally, Excel-2016 software was utilized to measure descriptive aspects of the study. Findings: The results of the study indicate a total of 683 articles from the Iranian Occupational Health Journal that have been indexed in the Scopus citation database from 2011 to 2022. The publication trend of scientific outputs in this journal showed an increasing trend until 2017, followed by a decrease in the years 2018 and 2019. Among the participating organizations, Tehran University of Medical Sciences with a frequency of 329 articles, Iran University of Medical Sciences with a frequency of 251 articles, and Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences with a frequency of 240 articles ranked as the top three active universities in producing articles for this journal respectively. The most frequent keywords were Safety, Job stress, Risk assessment, and Musculoskeletal disorders. Approximately 1.69% (472 articles) of the articles have been cited at least once by other articles, while 9.30% (211 articles) remain uncited. The average citation per article was 86.2, and the average citations per article per year was 4.0.  Discussion and Conclusion: In summarizing the results obtained from the performance of the Iran Occupational Health Journal, it is evident that the number of citations received by articles reflects the quality and acceptance of the papers by the scientific community. Therefore, the scientific outputs of this journal require more attention in this regard.
