fa ارزیابی روند تحقیقات حوزه ایمنی شغلی در مجلات ایرانی با استفاده از رویکرد علم‌سنجی ایمنی Safety مروری Review Article <span style="font-size:14pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%">مقدمه:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"> ایمنی و بهداشت شغلی موضوعی حیاتی برای جامعه است که نیازمند توجه پژوهشگران و مسئولان است. بررسی مقالات منتشرشده در این حوزه در مجلات ایرانی می‌تواند به درک بهتری از وضعیت و روند پژوهش‌ها کمک کند. در این راستا، رویکرد علم‌سنجی ابزاری مناسب برای ارزیابی تأثیر و شناسایی نقاط قوت و ضعف پژوهش‌های ایمنی شغلی در ایران است. لذا هدف این مطالعه ارزیابی روند تحقیقات حوزه ایمنی شغلی در مجلات ایرانی با استفاده از روش علم‌سنجی است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:14pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%">روش بررسی</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%">: پژوهش به صورت توصیفی و با رویکرد علم‌سنجی انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش شامل مقالات حوزه ایمنی شغلی منتشرشده در ده مجله مرتبط تا پایان سال 1401 بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از چک‌لیست محقق‌ساخته جمع‌آوری و با آمار توصیفی و نرم‌افزارهای </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span cambria="" style="font-family:">Excel</span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"> و </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span cambria="" style="font-family:">VOSviewer</span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"> تحلیل شدند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:14pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%">یافته ها:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"> در مجموع 925 مقاله مرتبط با ایمنی شغلی جمع‌آوری شد. روند این مطالعات در دو دهه اخیر رو به رشد بوده است. مجله &quot;سلامت کار ایران&quot; بیشترین تعداد مقالات را با 239 مقاله (25.8%) منتشر کرده است. بیشترین مقالات در حوزه‌های ارزیابی ریسک (148 مقاله)، حوادث شغلی (146 مقاله) و خطای انسانی (97 مقاله) بوده است. همچنین مجله &quot;سلامت کار ایران&quot; بالاترین میانگین استنادات را داشته است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:14pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%">بحث و نتیجه گیری:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"> بررسی نشان داد موضوع ایمنی شغلی در ایران اهمیت روزافزونی دارد. اما با توجه به گستردگی موضوعات، نیاز به تمرکز بیشتر بر انتشار مقالات در این زمینه و همگام شدن با استانداردهای جهانی وجود دارد. پیشنهاداتی مانند تقویت همکاری‌های پژوهشی و حمایت از پژوهشگران</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%">تمرکز بر موضوعات نوظهور، معرفی ایمنی شغلی به‌عنوان اولویت اصلی، می‌تواند به بهبود کمی و کیفی مقالات کمک کند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:14pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Background and aims:</span></span></span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> Occupational safety and health is a vital issue for the society that requires the attention of researchers and authorities. Examining the published articles in this field in Iranian journals can contribute to a better understanding of the status and trends of research. In this regard, the scientometrics approach is a suitable tool for evaluating the impact and identifying the strengths and weaknesses of occupational safety research in Iran. The research population included articles in the field of occupational safety published in ten relevant journals until the end of 1401(2023/3/20). Data were collected using a researcher-made checklist and analyzed using descriptive statistics and Excel and VOSviewer software.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:14pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Results:</span></span></span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> A total of 925 articles related to occupational safety were collected. The trend of these studies has been growing in the last two decades. The journal &quot;Occupational Health of Iran&quot; published the most articles with 239 (25.8%). The majority of articles were in the areas of risk assessment (148 articles), occupational accidents (146 articles), and human error (97 articles). The journal &quot;Occupational Health of Iran&quot; also had the highest average citations.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Conclusion:</span></span></span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> The review showed that the subject of occupational safety is increasingly important in Iran. However, given the breadth of the topics, there is a need for a greater focus on publishing articles in this field and aligning with global standards.
