fa تعیین مشخصه های آنتروپومتریکی استاتیکی جهت طراحی و ارزیابی راحتی صندلی زینی ارگونومی Ergonomics كاربردي Applicable <p> <strong> زمینه و هدف </strong><strong>:بسیاری از افراد بهنگام انجام کارهای روزانه، </strong><strong></strong><strong>ناگزیر از نشستن می باشند. ،فرآیند نشستن بخصوص به مدت طولانی، در مقایسه با ایستادن، منجر به دردهای متعددی از جمله در نواحی پشت و کمر می گردد. در ادارات ، صنایع و موسسات مختلف، ناراحتی های ناشی از نشستن طولانی مدت و کاهش کارایی افراد، سبب طراحی صندلی های ویژه با پشتی ها و نشستنگاه های خاص شده است. هدف از این پژوهش نیز ، طراحی صندلی ویژه بر مبنای مشخصات آنتروپومتریک افراد و سپس بررسی ارزیابی راحتی آن می باشد. </strong></p><p> <strong> روش بررسی: </strong><strong>178 نفر مرد شاغل 25 تا 55 ساله در یک صنعت مونتاژ در این پژوهش شرکت نمودند و هشت پارامترآنتروپومتریک این افراد،تعریف شده مطابق معیارهای فیزانت،در شرایط یکسان توسط آنتروپومتر،اندازه گیری شد.سپس با توجه به مشخصات مذکور ، صندلی زینی، طراحی شده و در مرحله دوم ، 30 نفر بطور تصادفی انتخاب گردیده و به مدت یک هفته، هر روز 5 ساعت بر روی آن نشستند. در انتها راحتی صندلی توسط پرسشنامه ای با مقیاس کمی، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. </strong></p><p> <strong> یافته ها: </strong><strong>بر مبنای پارامترهای طراحی شامل حداکثر و حداقل ارتفاع ، پهنا، عمق و ضخامت زین،پهنا و محدوده تطابق صندلی، معیارهای طراحی حاصله از ویژگی های آنتروپومتریک افراد ، صندلی زینی طراحی گردید. ارزیابی راحتی صندلی با مقیاس کمی مورد استفاده ، نشان دهنده احساس راحتی کاربران و رضایتمندی آنان بوده است( میانگین بیش از 5/7 از 10). </strong></p><p> <strong> نتیجه گیری: </strong><strong>با توجه به ابراز احساس راحتی توسط شرکت کنندگان در این پژوهش و با در نظر گرفتن این واقعیت که<br>کشورهای دیگر نیز با توجه به ویژگیهای آنتروپومتریک افراد، صندلی هایی مناسب طراحی و تولید می نمایند، توصیه می گردد ، مشابه این پژوهش در نقاط مختلف کشور انجام شده ، و صندلی هایی متناسب با ابعاد جسمی افراد و نیازهای آنان طراحی و تولید گردد. </strong><strong></strong></p> <p> <strong> Background and aim: </strong><strong></strong>Many people have to sit down during daily activities. The process of sitting down especially for a long time in comparison of standing up cause many back pains. Special chairs with special backs and sits are designed for offices, industries and institutes because of back pain of sitting down for a long time and increasing the performance of employees. The target of this research is also the designing of a saddle chair based on the anthropometry characteristics of people and then evaluating the conformance of this chair. </p><p> <strong> Methods: </strong>A number of <strong></strong>178 males between 25 and 55 years in an assembling industry were cooperated and their eight anthropometry parameters according to Pheasant's criteria at the same anthropometric conditions were measured in this research. Then according to the achieved information, the saddle chair were designed and 30 people were selected randomly to use the saddle chair five hours per day for one month at the second phase. Finally, the comfort of this chair was evaluated by the questionnaire sheet. </p><p> <strong> Results: </strong><strong></strong>The saddle chair is designed according to the design parameters the max and min height, width, depth and width of saddle, the depth of chair identity range and the design criteria of achieved anthropometry characteristics. The evaluation of chair comfort with used quantitative scale is shown in the comfort sense of users and their satisfaction (Average is more than 7.5 of 10) . </p><p> <strong> conclusion: </strong><strong></strong>According to the user's expression of comfort in this research and respecting to this fact that other countries have been designing and producing the proper chair according to the anthropometry characteristics consequently recommended to perform the same research on diverse parts of country.
