fa ارزیابی راحتی سه نوع پیچ گوشتی موجود در بازار ایران پژوهشي Research <p align="right"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> امروزه محصولات باید علاوه بر ایمن بودن دارای کاربری آسان نیز باشند. راحتی نقش مهمی در استفاده از ابزارهای دستی ایفا می‌کند و رابطه بسیار قوی بین ارگونومی و راحتی وجود دارد و بسیاری از تولید کنندگان ابزار، از اصول ارگونومی در جهت تولید محصول راحت‌تر استفاده می‌نمایند. از آنجا که پیچ گوشتی به صورت گسترده در هر جامعه ای بکار می‌رود هدف از این مطالعه، ارزیابی راحتی انواع رایج آن در بازار ایران، برای کاربران این ابزار می‌باشد. </p><p align="right"><strong>روش بررسی:</strong> 22 نفر در شرایط مشابه و استاندارد از سه نوع پیچ گوشتی رایج در بازار ایران (ایرانی، ژاپنی و چینی) استفاده نمودند. در روند آزمایش 12 پیچ در امتداد افقی و 12 پیچ در امتداد عمودی، با هر یک از انواع فوق، پیچانده شد. سپس ارزیابی ناراحتی وضعیتی موضعی (LPD ) انجام گردید. </p><p align="right"><strong>یافته ها:</strong> 36/84% کاربران نوع ایرانی و 64/13% نوع ژاپنی را راحت تلقی نمودند و هیچ‌یک نوع چینی را از نظر کاربری راحت تعریف ننمودند. آزمون LPD میانگین ناراحتی حاصله از کاربری پیچ گوشتی نوع ایرانی 56/2، نوع ژاپنی 71/2 و نوع چینی 73/2 می‌باشد که با توصیف راحتی توسط کاربران نیز مطابقت دارد و مطابق آزمون فیشر ( 05/0< p)اختلاف LPD سه نوع پیچ گوشتی معنا دار نیست.</p><p align="right"> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> علیرغم عدم تفاوت معنی دار از نظر آماری بین سه نوع پیچ گوشتی، پیچ گوشتی نوع ایرانی از نظر کاربران با LPD کمتر، راحتی بیشتری را تأمین می‌نماید. توصیه می‌شود با پژوهش‌های بیشتر، این ابزار بر مبنای اصول ارگونومی طراحی شود. </p> <p><span style="LINE-HEIGHT: 115% FONT-FAMILY: "Times New Roman","serif" FONT-SIZE: 12pt mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman' mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-fareast mso-ansi-language: EN-US mso-bidi-language: FA mso-fareast-language: EN-US"><strong>Background and aims</strong></span>: Nodaways, products have to be used easily and safely. Comfort plays an important role in hand tools and there is a significant relationship between Ergonomic and convenient. Therefore, many hand tool manufacturers implement the fundamentals of Ergonomics in order to produce more convenient instruments. As the screwdriver has been widely used in each society, the goal of this research was to evaluate the screwdriver’s comfort in the Iranian market. </p><p>  </p><p> <strong>methods: </strong>Three types of screwdrivers currently existed in the Iranian market and were made in Iran, China, and Japan were used by 22 people at the same conditions and based on the standard manner. 12 screws were screwed both horizontally and vertically for all three types separately during the testing procedure. Afterward, the evaluation of Local Posture Discomfort (LPD) was performed. </p><p> <strong> </strong></p><p> <strong>Results:</strong> While 84.36 % of the Iranian type and 13.64 of the Japanese type are accepted as comfortable tools by the operators, nobody considered the Chinese type as a comfortable tool. The average of discomfort at the yielded LPD test was 2.56, 2.71, and 2.73 for Iranian, Japanese, and Chinese type respectively. These results are related to the description of users from comfort.
