چکیده
زمینه وهدف:
هدف مطالعه حاضر ارزیابی تاب آوری سازمانی و فردی کارکنان یک مرکز آموزشی درمانی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گناباد در پاندمی کرونا بود.
روش بررسی: در این مطالعه مقطعی ابتدا تاب آوری روان شناختی 300 نفر از کارکنان بیمارستان با استفاده از پرسشنامه تاب آوری کانر دیویدسون مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. در بخش دوم مطالعه، میزان تاب آوری بیمارستان علامه بهلول گنابادی با یک پرسشنامه رواسازی شده، توسط 55 نفر از اعضای کمیته بحران، اعضای چارت فرماندهی حادثه بیمارستانی و مدیران بیمارستان اندازه گیری شد. توصیف و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار IBM-SPSSv2 انجام شد.
 یافته ها: میانگین سنی پاسخگویان به پرسشنامه تاب آوری فردی و تاب آوری سازمانی به ترتیب 38.98 و 37.7 سال و میانگین سابقه کاری آنان 9.22 و 12.93 سال بود. میانگین امتیاز تاب آوری سازمانی 60/21±34/158 (با دامنه 46 تا 230) بود که در محدوده متوسط قرار داشت. در بین ابعاد تاب آوری سازمانی، میانگین سازگاری ظرفیتی بالاترین رقم را نشان داد. میانگین امتیاز تاب آوری فردی کارکنان 92/11±04/66 (با دامنه0 تا 100) بود که آن هم در محدوده متوسط قرار داشت. همچنین بین ارزیابی تاب آوری سازمانی و تحصیلات کارکنان (035/0=P)، سابقه کاری (025/0=P) و گروه های شغلی (040/0=P) رابطه معناداری وجود داشت.
بحث و نتیجه گیری: بنظر می آید موفقیت در طراحی و اجرای مداخلات به منظور ارتقاء تاب آوری بیمارستان، مستلزم رویکردی یکپارچه به ابعاد مختلف تاب آوری در بیمارستان اعم از فردی، سازمانی، برون سازمانی و ارتباط بین آن ها باشد.
