چکیده
زمینه و هدف:
با توجه به ماهیت صنایع خودروسازی و خطرات و حوادثی که در آن بخش وجود دارد، اهمیت رعایت نکات ایمنی و ایجاد فرهنگ ایمنی
(Safety Culture)  از ضروریات کار در این صنعت است. با توجه به اینکه در مطالعات اخیر در ایران کمتر به فرهنگ پذیرش خطا(Just Culture)  پرداخته شده است، هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی فرهنگ ایمنی و ارتباط آن با فرهنگ پذیرش خطا در کارگران و سرپرستان و مدیران صنعت خودروسازی می‌باشد.

روش بررسی: این مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی  بصورت مقطعی می‌باشد که در بین 175 نفر از کارکنان شاغل در یک صنعت خودروسازی اجرا شد. برای سنجش فرهنگ ایمنی از پرسشنامه فرهنگ ایمنی با 61 سؤال در 5 حیطه و برای فرهنگ پذیرش خطا از پرسشنامه 27 سؤالی در 6 حیطه استفاده شد. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل رگرسیون لجستیک و آزمون کای دو استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: انحراف معیار/ میانگین نمره فرهنگ ایمنی و فرهنگ پذیرش خطا در کارکنان صنعت خودروسازی به ترتیب 40/22±53/202 و 46/12±5/97 بود. نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که بین فرهنگ ایمنی و سطح تحصیلات در سرپرستان، رخداد حادثه در گروه کارگران و سرپرستان و مدیران ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد(P value<0.05). همچنین بین سطوح فرهنگ ایمنی و فرهنگ پذیرش خطا  رابطه معنادار و قابل ملاحظه­ای وجود دارد (P value<0.05).
بحث و نتیجه گیری: نتایج مطالعه حاضر، ارتباط بین فرهنگ ایمنی و فرهنگ پذیرش خطا را نشان داد. به طوری که فرهنگ پذیرش خطا به فرهنگ ایمنی وابسته است. با افزایش فرهنگ ایمنی، فرهنگ پذیرش خطا نیز افزایش‌یافته و ارتباطات بین کارکنان یک سازمان بهتر خواهد بود.
