مقدمه: بحران‌ها آزمونی برای سنجش تاب‌آوری هستند چون جوامع را بصورت ناگهانی و غیرقابل پیش‌بینی تحت تاثیر قرار می‌دهند. یکی از این بحران‌ها، همه‌گیری کووید-19 است که در طول صدسال گذشته بی‌سابقه بوده است. در مواجهه با بحران‌ها، کادر درمان در خط مستقیم مواجهه با بحران قرار دارند لذا مفهوم تاب‌آوری که به معنای رویارویی با خطرات و بحران‌های احتمالی است، حائز اهمیت می‌باشد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف مرور مطالعات انجام شده پیرامون تاب‌آوری کادر درمان انجام شده است.
روش­کار: مطالعه حاضر، به روش مرور حیطه­ای در شهریور و مهر1401 انجام شد. برای یافتن مطالعات و منابع علمی مطالعه حاضر، پایگاه­های اطلاعاتیPubMed ، ProQuest، Cochran library و موتورهای جستجوی Google  و Google Scholar جستجو شدند.
یافته ­ها: تعداد 18 مطالعه به بررسی تاب‌آوری کارکنان نظام سلامت در مواجهه با کووید-19 در بازه زمانی سال­های 1399 تا مهرماه 1401 پرداختند. بیشترین مطالعات در سال 1400 به چاپ رسیده بودند. 95 درصد مقالات از نوع اصیل پژوهشی و 5 درصد از نوع مطالعه مروری بود. از بین مقالات اصیل پژوهشی فقط یکی از مقالات به صورت شبه مداخله‌ای طراحی شده بود و 4/94 درصد مقالات به صورت توصیفی- تحلیلی و کمی-مقطعی بودند. تعداد 14 مطالعه، تاب‌آوری را بصورت ویژه با محوریت پرستاران، دو مطالعه تاب‌آوری پزشکان و دستیاران اطفال و اورژانس و دو مطالعه نیز میزان تاب­آوری را در کارکنان نظام سلامت و پرسنل بیمارستان بررسی کرده­ بودند.
نتیجه­گیری: استفاده از آموزش‌های مهارت‌محور در جهت ارتقای تاب‌آوری کادر درمان می‌تواند در کاهش فرسودگی شغلی و مواجهه کارآمد با بحران‌های آتی رهگشا باشد.
