مقدمه: پرستاران به عنوان بزرگترین گروه حرفه ای در سیستم بهداشتی و درمانی، در محیط کار با عوامل تنش زای متعددی مواجه می شوند که می تواند سلامت عمومی و کیفیت زندگی آن ها را تحت تاثیر قرار دهد. لذا این مطالعه با هدف ارتباط کیفیت زندگی با سلامت روان پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان قائم شهر اسداباد در غرب ایران انجام شد.
روش کار: در این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی، جامعه پژوهش شاملکلیه  پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان قائم (ع) شهر اسداباد در سال 1403-1402 بودند. تعداد 150 پرستار با توجه به معیارهای ورود به مطالعه به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس وارد مطالعه شدند. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها پرسشنامه ویژگی های دموگرافیک، پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی و پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی بود. داده ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آزمون های تحلیلی تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافته ها: براساس نتایج بدست آمده، میانگین نمره سلامت روان در پرستاران 36.50±8.68  بود. میانگین نمره زیر مقیاس علائم جسمی 9.51±2.76 ، اضطراب 9.67±3.05 ، اختلال در عملکرد اجتماعی 9.83±3.09  و افسردگی 7.49±2.82  گزارش شد. همچنین میانگین نمره کیفیت زندگی در پرستاران  72.03±9.18  بود. بالاترین نمره زیرمقایس کیفیت زندگی مربوط به نمره سلامت اجتماعی پرستاران 52.27 ± 13.15  و پایین ترین نمره مر بوط به نمره سلامت عمومی پرستاران 49.33±14.17  بود. همچنین براساس یافته های مطالعه، بین سلامت روان با کیفیت زندگی و زیر مقیاس­های آن رابطه معنی­داری منفی وجود داشت (p<0.05).
نتیجه گیری: نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان می دهد بین سلامت عمومی پرستاران با کیفیت زندگی رابطه معکوس معناداری وجود دارد. پرستاران از کیفیت زندگی و سلامت روان مناسبی برخوردار بودند. ضروری است سیاستگذاران و مدیران بهداشتی، برنامه های مستمر و مدونی در رابه با پایش مداوم سلامت عمومی و کیفیت زندگی پرستاران طراحی و مداخلات مناسب جهت ارتقای آنها را اتخاذ نمایند.
