زمینه و هدف: این پژوهش با هدف تدوین و آزمون الگویی از اثر نیازهای روانشناختی بنیادین سازمانی بر بهزیستی روانشناختی شغلی و افسردگی شغلی با میانجی گری سبک های دلبستگی سازمانی ایمن، اضطرابی و اجتنابی انجام شد.
روش بررسی: طرح پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی و روش آن توصیفی بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق کارکنان یک سازمان بودند و نمونه پژوهش شامل 200 نفر از این کارکنان بود که باروش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. به منظور گردآوری داده ها از پرسشنامه های دلبستگی سازمانی (اسکریما،2020)، نیازهای روانشناختی بنیادین سازمانی (وان-دن بروک و همکاران، 2010)، بهزیستی روانشناختی در محیط کار (داگنایس-دمایس و ساوی، 2011)و افسردگی شغلی (بیانکی و شونفلد،2020) استفاده گردید. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار Spss-24 استفاده، الگویابی معادلات ساختاری در نرم افزار Amos-24 و روش بوت استراپ استفاده شده است.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان دادند که الگوی طراحی شده از برازش مناسبی برخوردار است. همچنین یافته ها نشان دادند که مسیرهای نیازهای روانشناختی بنیادین سازمانی به دلبستگی سازمانی ایمن، اضطرابی و اجتنابی ، بهزیستی شغلی و افسردگی شغلی معنادار بودند.
نتیجه گیری: همچنین نتایج تحلیل مسیرهای غیر مستقیم نشان دادند که دلبستگی سازمانی ایمن، اضطرابی و اجتنابی اثرات نیازهای روانشناختی بنیادین سازمانی را بر بهزیستی روانشناختی شغلی و افسردگی شغلی را میانجی گری نمودند.
