زمینه و هدف: حوادث و بلایا یکی از عوامل تهدید کننده سلامت انسان محسوب شده و موجب پیامدهای نامطلوب اقتصادی، اجتماعی و زیست محیطی زیادی می شود. در راستای ارتقا تاب آوری ارائه دهندگان خدمات سلامت بایستی علاوه بر مهارت های تخصصی، به جنبه معنوی و مذهبی این افراد با بهره گیری از آیات قرآن و احادیث نیز توجه نمود. بنابراین مطالعه حاضر با هدف طراحی و اعتبارسنجی بسته آموزشی ارتقای تاب آوری ارائه دهندگان خدمات سلامت در بلایا بر اساس متون دینی انجام شده است.
روش بررسی: این پژوهش با رویکرد ترکیبی انجام شده و از نوع مطالعه توسعه ای-کاربردی می باشد. در مرحله اول پس از تعیین سرفصل های آموزشی، مقالات، آیات قرآن و احادیث مرتبط استخارج و بسته آموزشی طراحی گردید. به منظور اعتبارسنجی، میزان تاب آوری دو گروه از مشارکت کنندگان شامل کنترل و مداخله از طریق یک ابزار پایا و روا مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته و پس از ارائه بسته آموزشی طراحی شده مجددا تاب آوری گروه کنترل ارزیابی شد.
یافته ها: در مرحله اول سرفصل های جلسات آموزشی به صورت شکرگزاری، دعا، ماهیت بلایا و سختی ها، شفقت و توکل تعیین گردید. یافته‌ها نشان داد که ارائه بسته آموزشی موجب ارتقا تاب آوری ارائه دهندگان خدمات سلامت در بلایا می گردد.
بحث و نتیجه گیری: مؤثرترین شیوه برای ارتقای پاسخ مناسب به بلایا، ارتقا آمادگی و تاب آوری است. نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که آموزش ارائه دهندگان خدمات سلامت با استفاده از متون دینی موجب ارتقا تاب آوری آنها در شرایط وقوع بلایا می گردد.
