Background and aims: This research was conducted with the aim of designing and testing a model of effect of organizational basic  psychological needs on job psychological well-being and job depression with mediating secure, anxious and avoidant organizational attachment styles in employees of a company.
Methods: The current research was applied and its method was descriptive. The statistical population of the research were Water & Wastewater company in Ahvaz City. The research sample consisted of 200 participants that were selected through simple random sampling method. The tools used were scale of organizational attachment Styles (Scrima,2020); psychological well-being in work place scale (Dagenais-Desmarais and Savoie, 2011); Occupational depression scale (Bianchi and Schonfeld, 2020) and organizational basic  psychological needs questionnaire (Van den Broeck et al, 2010). Data analysis was done with the statistical method of structural equation modeling, Amos -24 software and bootstrap method.
Results and Conclusion: The results showed that proposed model had a good fit with the data. In addition the direct paths of organizational basic  psychological needs to secure, anxious and avoidant organizational attachment Styles, and to job psychological well-being and job depression were significant. Furthermore indirect paths effects of organizational basic psychological needs on job psychological well-being and job depression throuth  secure, anxious and avoidant Organizational attachment Styles were significant. Therefore, it can be concluded that secure, anxious and avoidant organizational attachment Styles was able to explain the effect of organizational basic  psychological needs on job well-being and occupational depression.
