 مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر به تعیین رابطه سندرم شناختی- توجهی با استرس شغلی شاغلین در معرض حوادث شغلی شرکت فولادسازی اصفهان پرداخته است.  
روش بررسی: تحقیق حاضر، توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی می باشد که در سال 1398 بر روی کارگران خط تولید در معرض حادثه در شرکت تولید فولاد در شهر اصفهان انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه کارگران شاغل در شرکت تولید فولاد شهر اصفهان بودند که با توجه به حجم جامعه با استفاده از جدول کرجسی- مورگان به صورت نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده 234 نفر از کارگران به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از مقیاس سندرم شناختی- توجهی CAS-1 و پرسشنامه استرس شغلی استاینمتز (Steinmetz) استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار SPSS-18 و آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه استفاده شد.  
    یافته ها: یافته های به دست آمده از پژوهش نشان داد بین متغیر سندرم شناختی- توجهی و استرس شغلی، همبستگی مثبت و معنادار (01/0>, p 94/0 r=) وجود دارد. همچنین F مشاهده شده معنادار بود (0001/0 >p) که نشان دهنده معنادار بودن پیش بینی  است و 88 درصد از واریانس مربوط به سندرم شناختی- توجهی به وسیلۀ استرس شغلی تبیین می شود. ضرایب رگرسیون نشان می دهد که متغیر استرس شغلی (01/0 p< ,49/42t=) می تواند واریانس سندرم شناختی- توجهی را به صورت معنادار پیش بینی کند.
نتیجه گیری: سندرم شناختی- توجهی یکی از عوامل مؤثر بر میزان استرس شغلی در شاغلین می باشد که در حیطه بهزیستی روانی افراد شاغل باید مورد توجه قرار گیرد.
