زمینه و هدف:
کارکنان درمان در دوران کووید-19 به علت مراقبت از بیماران مبتلا شده، در معرض آسیب‌های جسمی و روحی بسیاری قرار گرفتند. این آسیب ها زمینه ایجاد فرسودگی شغلی را در این افراد فراهم کرد. در این شرایط بهترین اقدام برای پیش بینی، پیشگیری و درمان مشکلات، تحقیق و مداخله همزمان است. بنابراین این مطالعه با هدف کاهش فرسودگی شغلی در کارکنان درمانی به روش افدام پژوهی مشارکتی صورت پذیرفت.
روش کار:
این مطالعه اقدام پژوهی مشارکتی بر اساس مدل کمیس و مک تاگارت (ارزیابی، برنامه ریزی، اجرا و ارزیابی) از سال 2020 تا 2021 انجام شد. تعداد 164 شرکت کننده به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. همه شرکت‌کنندگان در تماس مستقیم با بیماران کووید-19 بودند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از روش‌های کیفی (تحلیل محتوای قراردادی) و کمی (فرسودگی شغلی ماسلچ) استفاده شد. یادداشت های میدانی، مشاهده مشارکتی، 14 مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و 4 بحث گروهی متمرکز انجام شد. جهت تحلیل کیفی از  MAXQDA نسخه 10 استفاده شد. برای مقایسه میانگین فرسودگی شغلی قبل و بعد از مداخله از آزمون تی زوجی و نرم افزار SPSS 21 استفاده شد (05/0=p).
یافته ها:
میانگین سنی مشارکت کنندگان 9/6 ± 36/30 سال ومیانگین سابقه کار 71/2 ± 75/6 سال بود. 79.27 درصد زن و 73.17 درصد متاهل بودند. به طور کلی، 323 کد اولیه، 15 زیرطبقه، 5 طبقه (هویت آسیب دیده، استرس نهادینه شده، جامعه منتظر، نیازهای ضروری و ترس) و 2 حیطه (نیازهای روانی، نیازهای امنیتی) در مرحله ارزیابی استخراج گردید. 28 اقدام در 8 بعد به عنوان برنامه نهایی و خروجی مطالعه مورد تایید شرکت کنندگان قرار گرفت آزمون تی زوجی   تفاوت معناداری را در خستگی عاطفی (004/0=P)، مسخ شخصیت (037/0=P) و موفقیت فردی (016/0=P) قبل و بعد از اقدام نشان داد.
نتیجه‌گیری: این مطالعه با رویکرد مشارکتی، فرسودگی شغلی کارکنان درمانی را کاهش داد و نشان داد که آموزش مستمر و حمایت نهادی می‌تواند در توانمندسازی پرسنل و کاهش فرسودگی شغلی مؤثر باشد.
